Auto Masters Bassendean

Owner is a crook, wanted to charge me to replace my battery that wasn't needed to be changed. Made a threat before i went to collect that my car won't start.got there and he had left the lights on to flatten the battery.stupid thing is its all caught on my dash cam.

Took my car in for a service for $269, owner made up this story that the service was and has always been 284. I wasn't going ahead with the repairs because it was extreme, and I could have done it myself.they used my car to get coffee and collect parts, poor form using someone else's car to run your business.

I have been servicing my car with the manufacturer for the last five years as the car was under warranty; I tried auto master first time as this business is close to my work, I thought it would be easy to drop and pick up, but I was wrong. He charges $1036. I have never paid this much for service in the past five years; after I picked up my car, the windscreen sprayer was not working, I called auto master, and the response was shocking. He said he was not responsible for it. He wanted me to drop off my car for one day to check and replace the windscreen sprayer.

I don't understand the windscreen sprayer was working well before the day I dropped the car off for service, and it stopped working after service. How come the auto master is not responsible for it?

I will never go into this business again.

I'm stopping all my friends and family from coming here as every issue they told me they fixed I've come to find it that didn't even touch. This business has gone downhill and i urge every one to take their vehicles elsewhere.

Paid 89$ for the Dave to tell me what i already new all I wanted was a service light taken off my car it wasn't done and still charged me so just did it myself.

Great experience at this branch, the customer service was excellent, everything was explained to me in detail before the work was started and again after the Service was completed. Pricing was very reasonable and we would highly recommend to others. Thank you.

Great experince with getting my Prado serviced and installing upgrades on suspension. Vehicle drives perfectly now. Very quick and some great advice from David. Would recommend using them.

Servicing my vehicle has always been somewhat ordinary, however at Automasters in Bassendean - I’ve never experienced such amazing and personalised customer service at a service centre.
