Thank you to the service team at Auto Masters for your flexibility and cooperation in getting me back on the road today! Prompt, friendly service, both on the phone and at the shop. I got a simple explanation for my problem with no hassle or pressure, I definitely recommend them!

I have had my car serviced here before I found it a bit expensive but what isn't today

They are really the Auto Masters! I got my car from Servicing today, and I've never been happier in my car, it runs smooth now! And if a fancier car is what my future holds, I'll always choose Auto Masters. Thank you so much guys!

My Partner had taken 2 of ours cars in for repairs. First car to remove engine light, which they diagnosed and charged 1500ish. Yet my car still has engine light present.

Second car had a noise under hood, was told nothing major needed doing but minor repairs costed $700ish. Only to find that we needed to take it back and was then told turbo needed attention, Auto masters quoted $17000 for this which I thought was ridiculous. And then they wanted us to pay for the diagnoses even tho this was a return issue and we had brang it in prior and was told nothing was wrong at first! Thankfully they did not charge us for our last diagnosis as we refused that due to the mess around and unrealistic quotes!
Auto masters seemed to be great at first but after this experience I find it was very unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest, and now very untrustworthy. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Called up to question a quoted price and got told to call back and argue with Craig about it. Pretty unprofessional

Great service, no up sell, only do work and maintains that needs doing.
Best of all i love the video call to show me all or any problems i have or they have found with my car, now that is thinking outside the box,
Lastly the staff who talk to you and not at you, i will be definitely be taking my Honda Accord Euro back for the third year running

The staff has been SO AMAZING! They knew I was desperate because the petrol was liking, and even if they didn’t have any spots to give me a hand they made the time to help me anyway, try to get the replacement and it wasn’t even needed because he fixed it with his magic hands!

Took in for service.no complaints.got a phone call that I needed a new bulb as one of my lights was out and windscreen wipers needed changing. I said no just the service.i just had bulbs changed but didnt say that.i checked my car on pickup and all lights were working of course i knew that.lucky I said no otherwise I would've been slugged an extra $170 dollars ontop of the $270 for a service.nice try though funny the bulb change wasn't on the job form i got either.just be aware of little things like this that they try to pull.won't be going back!

"Wayne is a very courteous service manager. Had an oil leak which he tracked to a certain part. Found out it was fitted new at another Automasters and went above and beyond to see if it was a warranty job, which it was and fixed all before picking it up.

I came in with a faulty transmission, it cost me 1200 to have it fixed and the vehicle didn't make it 5km down the road, I took the vehicle back and they referred me to a specialist, with no offer of any refund, the vehicle has come out much worse off than it went in! I only rated 1 star as 0 was not an option! DO NOT GO HERE

Just got my car back. Very happy with the service and getting it back sooner than what I was told. Friendly and professional. Having humm as payment option makes it a lot easier. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Original quote was over the top! Second opinion needed before a huge quote drop. Was really disappointing.

Went in for a general service and when I got the car back it was making a louder noise than before. I took it back in and they said that insulation was left inside the engine. Then 2 weeks later my coolant was leaving and I took it back again and they told me it was picked up in the service but it wasn't written on the form they gave me and they never mentioned it to me.

The customer service and quality of my recent service is deserving of my feedback. The team at AutoMasters Armadale were an absolute pleasure dealing with. I was able to book in with very little notice, the completed the service before expected pick up

Typical rip off merchants. Go in to get one thing fixed come out with more issues that wernt there before. Typical mechanics breaking things to rip you off and get your money.

Staff are lovely and help you with a smile very professional and now my car is safe and running great
