Had my LPG serviced in the BF today, it was a great experience, thorough, honest old fashioned, knowledgeable service.
Care factor was 100% and ran over and advised all items found that need a tweak down the track. Paul, you are a long way away from me, but I considered it worth the 40 minute trip up there today and I will next time too. Well Done on the service you provide.

Steven is a very very honest man! I took my vehicle over the pits and recieved a punch list of items to fix.
He advised that the mechanic that had previously inspected it, was obviously shonky and after inspecting it himself he gave it the all clear and advised, I put in a complaint about the said mechanic to the state government authority.

He also recommended a better mechanic to put it over the pits with, and all this he did free of charge! A very honest man. A friendly fella as well! Can't recommend his business enough!

I'm sure I gave a review back in August back then I was happy with the work although slow (LPG gas tank test) I had to ring today as the vehicle was getting a roadworthy and I req the testers lic number. I was met with extreme rudeness and swearing! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody. Very upsetting.

Busy shop too many customers, owner is run off his feet requires more staff but unable to find any at this point.

Looks like a junkyard. Booked in a week in advance. Took until 10am the following day before I could get my car back. No organizational skills.

Took my wife's car in to get some oil leaks fixed after it was picked from a pit inspection, the guys did an awesome job. Not a single drop of oil leaking from anywhere. Paul did the work on the car and he certainly knows his Ford's I have a Super Pursuit ute that I will be taking in soon for a few things to be fixed. I won't even take the car back to Ford as they have no clue half the time. I would recommend Auto Edge for any mechanical work any 1 star reviews on here should be taken with a grain of salt, you get what you pay and some don't like paying for the work to be done. I'll be back for sure.

I took my car to AutoEdge for an LPG tune and a hopeful diagnosis of a starting issue. To cut a long story short, they were not able to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be injectors severely leaking gas. Their so called high tech equipment was not able to detect a gas leak in my car, which according to their website can be "fatal". They also forgot to transfer the seal across when changing the gas filter, rendering it pretty much useless.

When approached about the issue, it took several emails to get a reply, which was rude and abrupt. The would not accept any responsibility or serve any kind of an apology, and prompted me to prove it. After providing proof, they chose to ignore all future communications.

If you have an LPG car, I'd recommend looking for another specialist, and avoid these cowboys.

Went to pick up a vehicle for All Ford Motors and Steve was absolutely lovely and very friendly and professional to deal with. Such a pleasure and very easy. Thanks so much. Will def recommend to my friends and family

I would not recommend this shop, over pricing for checking aircon and regas, and wheel rotation for $325.

Came for a gas system leak check. He spent 30min testing it and ended up changing my gas joint for free as i had no leaks at all. Very nice and professionnal i recommend 10/10.

My old mechanic who closed his business fixed the same problem in an hour and charged just $110.
But Autoedge spent 2 hours and charged over $250.
I miss my old mechanic.

Thorough and professional. Had my BF Falcon in for a serious issue with the LPG converter. Not being particularly mechanically minded, I send any invoices I receive for such services to my brother who is a mechanical fitter and previously operated his own garage with full mechanic services to be sure all things are above board - he was impressed with the work done and assured me that it would address any potential problems going forward. Car running perfectly. Recommended

I had my BF Falcon Wagon in for its 10 year service for the LPG tanks as well as try diagnose an issue with juddering/misfiring and engone running hotter than it had ever done since owning her. These chaps spends days on the car after doing the gas service not easy pin down what was causing the problem. But solve it they did. Discovered the gas converter was shot. Had that overhauled plus one of the ignition coils wasnt producing enough current.

Great mecanics with specialisation on gas cars. Allways friendliy, fast and not expansive. Helped us out a lot with our broken car.

Really bad service from auto edge. Brought my car there because the LPG system wasn't working. They said it was fixed but it was not. When i drove away the system failed again. When i called back they promised to fix it and ordering a new part. Never ever heard from those guys again. Called back many times but no response. Beside i had to pay for handing over information about the system which i didn't even asked for. $40 dollars, just rubish. So conclusion don't go there.
