We bought a John Cooper Works all 4 about 2 years ago and have had nothing but troubles with the servicing at Auto classic. The receptionist was abrasive with my wife when she called to report a fault with the car when driving it home from a service that very morning. Every time we go in, part of the 5 year service free warranty, there is another $1,000 found for something that was reported fine 6 month prior for its scheduled checkup. No wash and clean as too busy to do it. Due to the fault they came out to recalibrate sensors and fix what they missed the previous day. They are coming back out again as they have put grease on the leather seats which is not easily removed, stains and ruins the leather. One service has become 3 days to get it right. Not happy and will not be taking it back again.

Was really impressed with the team at Mini Garage, particularly Paul and Eugene. They weren’t pushy and accommodated me going for test drives and were knowledgeable about what they were selling. Handover happened quickly despite the dealership being busy. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I love my new MINI!

Booked in a test drive and the staff were more then helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles themselves.

Doug has been easy to deal with and super helpful even post sale.

When I dropped my car in for a paint repair they asked me if I wanted a wash and vaccum of my car, I said yes please. They had my car for over a day and when i came to pick it up my car had not been washed or vaccumed? Surely it should have been washed before it was painted? Why ask if I wanted that service it if they weren't going to do it? It just leaves the customer disappointed.

Delivered earlier than promised, car in beautiful condition and followed up quickly to help with fixing range displayed in miles instead of km in iPhone app

I have had A+ service from Mini (specifically sales person Douglas) at Autoclassic Mini/BMW. From initially touching base to arrange a test drive, purchase/negotiation and eventual pickup - the whole process was a pleasure. Douglas was well informed on the product, made a real effort of rewarding continued loyalty with previous Mini ownership, consistently communicated and kept me in the loop, and allowed for a smooth delivery (even whilst I was overseas at the time of the vehicle arriving).

This has been one of the best experiences I have had in buying a new car and dealing with a dealership and I would highly recommend both Douglas and Perth Mini to everyone.

The car was promised to be delivered before Christmas, unfortunately, I was told that I would get it early January and then I was told it got delayed and was given car late Jan.

Friendly, helpful, professional. Haven't solved all problems with car yet - there may not be solutions to some problems due to BMW lack of support for Android.

Very happy with the customer service I received when I took my Mini for its service today. Despite my brain fade causing me to deliver it late, the service and a couple of other minor issues were all completed in very quick time. Friendly, professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Doug has been awesome all through the waiting journey of 4 months! He has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout which is much appreciated. The delivery experience was par excellence indeed! Hats off to Eugene and Doug, who to my mind are brands in themselves and endeavour to make the entire Mini purchase experience a grand one! We bought from WestCoast BMW which is part of Auto Classic and our experience was great. Car delivery took long because of Covid-19 but everything else was smooth.

Mostly good.
There were delays with delivery (we waited about 6 months after ordering), but it was a difficult year so can't be too critical about that.the car was delivered with minor paint defects on bonnet (poor quality pre-delivery polishing job) which was inconvenient to get fixed but all sorted now.

I was able to demo drive long before making my decision about buying. When I then placed my order I was offered the option of BMW finance or was free to look for my own. I never felt pressured with this and not rushed. I was given updates of where my car was in the build and transport process. On collection day the process was clear and gave me confidence to drive off knowing I had a lot of practical information about my MINI JCW

I cannot fault the expertise and service provided by the Mini Garage especially when it comes to the supply and delivery of a new custom car from the UK over a shutdown due to the global pandemic.

Very poor experience, looked at buying a new Mini Cooper Classic in November 2020 and made a deposit on the basis of a car being delivered within 2 weeks to then be told after making an offer that the delivery had been delayed and there was an issue with the cruise control system. I then withdrew my offer and requested a deposit refund and received an awful phone call from the dealer manager trying to bully me into still buying the car. What a horrible experience, hopefully I receive a refund shortly.
