Auto Classic BMW

Recently purchased my BMW CE04 and absolutely love it. Wish I had bought one sooner! Goes like a dream, the silent assassin! Plenty of power, and did I say is instant? Perfect for my daily commute.
Joseph was the best, helped with my trade in and provided plenty of info on the bike, answering all my questions. He also
gave me a follow up call the next week to see how it was going and if I had any questions.

I experienced amazing customer service with the team here and I would like to take a moment to share it.

I had an issue with my car and Mitch was able to help me straight away on the same day. I was able to speak to a service advisor and was told to to bring to car into the department.
I brought the car in to get it checked by the service team and I was expecting to not have the car back till the new year due to the busy time period during christmas. However, the next day itself, Chris from the service team contacted me and told me he will be taking care of the car and kept me updated on the car throughout the day.

And to my surprise I had the car ready by the end of the day. This was amazing service. To have the issue arise and the car fixed within 24 hours and to have the car back in my hand is such an awesome feeling.

Thank you so much to Mitch and Chris and the entire serive team as well as everyone else involved for giving me an early christmas present.

Bought a car here one year ago. Firstly, I found out drivetrain issues and replace turbo (which is still under warranty). At the same time, I found out a problem which burn engine oil a lot and oil splashed out from the exhaust pipe. I mentioned this issues to the business around 2 months when I purchased this car. They took it and inspected, told me there’s no issues found out for this problem. So I continue to drive it although it burn engine oil ALOT. And the bad thing happened, my cylinder head is broken down and this found out by another European car specialist, and they told me this issue should be aware, and the symptoms already showed up when I got this car. But auto classic cannot find out this problem. Unprofessional!

Got our car from this dealership and what an amazing experience it has been. Right from identifying a vehicle to getting the pricing and all the add ons it’s been an absolute breeze. Syed who sold me the vehicle is one of the nicest people I have dealt with. The big boss Sanel took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and was just brilliant. If I could afford another car I am certain it’s going to be from Auto Classic again:)

If you wanted to work out who owns the car that was purchased and serviced from you maybe try using the driver name or even the rego. I'm not sure what relevance my being a female has to do with the service. Once again the car should have been ready at the agreed time and you have called to say it wont be ready until COB tomorrow because you have run out of oil! I guess because I am a female I wouldn't know that you are full of it.

The hospitality and customer service received at Auto Classic BMW is second to none, Leon was very helpful and accomodating and made the process more simple than I could have imagined.
Highly recommend!

I have been provided exceptional customer service when resolving warranty claim, where Francesco and the service team acted in professional and timely manner to resolve the issue raised. Kevin has been amazing from the minute we first looked into finding a car, all the way up until the buying process. He heard all of my concerns (even drove the car in question to my driver way) and answered them promptly. 10/10 experience.

It was an ultimate positive experience and pleasure for my wife and I to deal with Kevin Lin who sold us a beautiful prestige vehicle. He is a true gentleman, sincere, respectful, polite, considerate, non-pushy but informative and helpful from start to finish. Nothing was a problem to him and whatever I requested he made sure it got done without any issue. We became friends and enjoyed having chats and laughter. When spending a large amount of money on a car, it does make a difference with the experience that goes with it. Kevin made accepting delivery of the car also a wonderful experience with a lovely red bow placed on it and nice gift of French champagne with his and hers flutes…. When we drove off he walked to the end of the driveway from his office waving to us saying “Enjoy…you deserve it” …it was almost like a ceremony.what more could a buyer want. He did everything he possibly could genuinely. Even after we took the car home he still kept in touch with us. The car is immaculate inside and out and we are truly happy with it!
