The motorcycle facility is gradually taking up more space and making more difficult to park for servicing of vehicles

I had my car serviced last Friday. I had two requests: 1. They fix the door seals (3 out of 4 have come loose!) 2. Wash the outside thoroughly.
The door seals are on order - most annoying as I don't live and/or work in Perth, and the outside wash was cursory at best. They could have done a lot better.

Great experience purchasing a car from Leon! Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Leon is not your typical salesman going above and beyond.

Sometimes you buy a car for the quality. Other times you buy it for the people. This is a perfect case of that scenario!

Let’s start with the car. Little did I believe we would pick up such a gem in used car market. We test drove 2 cars, but I’m sure Auto Classic would have allowed us to test whatever we needed to ensure we made an educated purchase. After spending the last week at different car dealerships around Perth, this is the place where I truely felt welcomed!

Firstly Leon, what an absolute gent! He greeted us in the yard and allowed us freedom to roam the yard before coming over for a chat. He was able to shortlist a few options and gave an honest appraisal for each car we questioned him on which we appreciated! He made us feel safe and welcomed and never pushed hard for the sale. His natural charisma is all he needs to sell it and was a big part in the reason that we bought from Auto Classic! We adored Leon and if we were to buy again in the near future, he would be our guy!

Leon went above and beyond and even introduced us to the Store Manager, Sanel, who we shared mutual contacts with. Again, this was a wonderful experience and we are extremely grateful to Leon for our experience yesterday.

Sanel, what a guy! Beaming with a light that clearly shines out to colleagues and fellow customers. He made us fell at ease with our purchase and similar to Leon, went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully educated before purchase. Professional, fun and caring, Sanel is a credit to Auto Classic!

To all the other staff members that stayed well beyond their closing time, never once did they become unprofessional. They smiled, conversed and never pushed us to get a deal done so they could get home to their families. The treatment we received, you would have sworn we bought the most expensive car in there, actually it was probably the opposite. And that is why we will be sharing this experience with all our family, friends and work colleagues! Thanks again!

Enjoyable experience and no pressure from the salesman, Winston, who just let me drive the car and make my own assessment, and answered any questions I had. Also I’m happy with the price, as cars are generally a bit over valued in 2022, but the M140i I bought was a pretty good price.

I rang Max the day before I purchased the car, Max was professional and the salesperson who is BLUNT HONEST! He wasnt thay salesperson who is pushing which made me surprised as you don't get a lot. Before I saw Max this morning prior to purchased the car as I was ready to flew home from working he sent me an email a short video of the car as I do fifo he said on the phone ", photo won't do justice" and he was damn right. When I met him he greeted me and we spoke professional. Also when I ask him questions he wasn't hesitated to answer all my queries with the bank transfer rego etc, when I spoke to him on the phone I ask him the process of the driver away, he made sure before he sell the car that he wanted to a safety check even though it's look normal, but he triple check and spot some stuff from the cat that need replacing like the tyres. He show me everything and went for a drive, it was fun

Overall Max service was 10/10 service and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all my families and friends. I'm glad I purchased the car fully paid.

Max McCole went over and above to help me purchase my very first BMW.
Max asked plenty of questions and listened to what it was I needed (unlike some other dealerships I went to) and because he spent the time he found me something in my price range that also fit my business needs.
We made some subtle changes and I could not be happier.
