I had an incredible experience with Sophie as my therapist. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was nervous going in for my first body laser but Sophie completely put me at ease and we even had a couple of laughs. Would absolutely highly recommend the treatment and Sophie at SILK Mandurah.

Lisa and Sophie are an always awesome to sit in with. Makes my experience much more chill and relaxing. Awesome friendly services.

I was a virgin to laser hair removal till yesterday, i was very nervous and uncomfortable on my way too my consult. But when i arrived, and began consult with the lovely Sophie. She had answered and cleared up all that was making me feel nervous and uncomfortable. And i had a male brazilian done right after the consult. Sophie was very prefessional, and had me laughing during the the treatment, which helped me relax and actually enjoy the treatment. Already plan to book further treatments, to finish what i had done yesterday.

Shenae was amazing and so informative. The staff are so friendly and always have answers for any questions I have. They have so many different treatment options which I love as you don’t have to travel to different locations for different treatments. I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed with this clinic. I booked a consultation and the person who attended me was not a specialist or had any knowledge about skin conditions. She did not look at my skin to advise the best treatment for my skin instead she tried to sell me their range of products and suggested 2 different treatments that according to her will be best to do several times each. In the end I booked for IPL treatment for which she had me pay 60$ for a serum that was mandatory previous to the treatment.
I was not convinced so I went to find with a real skin expert and she told me that serum would not make any difference and that I did not need all these sessions and treatments. She took time to look at my skin and made a treatment adapted to my type of skin.

These people are not professionals and just want you to spend money. They are very irresponsible and should not be able to call themselves a Skin Clinic. They do not know anything about skin.

The staff at ASC are very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Very quick and efficient experience. I have booked in for a few more of their skin treatments and feel confident and look forward to going back. Thank you to the ASC team!

I've been going to Australian Skin Clinics in Mandurah for months now and have only had amazing experiences there! All the staff are so lovely and friendly, 100% couldn't recommend them enough!

I use to get waxed every 4 weeks and dreaded it, I started laser treatment thinking the pain cant be any worse than waxing but completely surprised me Laser has a little sting nothing really far less than waxing and is so much cheaper so not only do you get better results its less pain and you get more lasered than what you pay for a wax a full braz waxing can cost $40 upwards depending. Laser $35 plus incudes underarms And the Staff are super friendly and Amazing its well worth having a look and getting laser than waxing best decision I ever made

As someone who has lost 90kgs of weight, to endure living with mass excess skin for the last 7yrs, it has been tough to find somewhere inviting to get treatment. The staff have been amazing, friendly and understanding that a lot of nerves and anxiety are involved with getting skin treatment of any kind. Will definitely be recommending to all who require help in this area:)

I have my laser treatment here and was looking into injectables so felt comfortable booking a consultation here. I'm a mature aged woman who didn't want to look false but wanted a treatment that made me look less tired and a lot fresher. I met with Lisa the nurse and she took me through what treatments would be best for me and also fully explained what injectable did what to certain parts of my face to get me the best results. She was so professional and approachable I felt immediately at ease with her. I decided to book a package which wasn't cheap but when you look that it will probably last a year it worked out quite reasonable. I arrived for my appointment 2 days later and Lisa again made sure I was comfortable with what she was going to do and also reiterated the cost. She put numbing cream on my face and when the injection went in I felt hardly anything apart from a little sting. She had taken before photos and after and the results were fantastic. I looked totally natural but a fresher, newer version of myself. I actually walked out feeling very confident and extremely happy with the results. She improved features on my face without looking puffy or overdone. I can totally recommend Mandurah Skin clinic and cannot praise Lisa highly enough. If you are looking at injectables I would definately rate this experience very highly.
