Dr Liu is very rude and needs lessons in bedside manner and seeing patients on time. Also this no cash business is a joke as well as illegal.

I find the service once there great but the lead up is such a ball ache. Firstly the online booking system doesn’t work, so don’t bother. Try your luck on the phone, you will be waiting awhile and when you are finally connected expect a rude staff member. Also hot tip - try and book 3 months in advance if you can!

1 The clinic does not accept cash. It is lucky I had my card on me, as I was not informed of this when the contract was made, ie when I made the appointment. They are not selling something over the counter, therefore a sign on the counter stating cash is not accepted is not sufficient. I had already made the contract, and I believe their refusal to accept my legal tender is illegal. Whether it is or not, they need to state their policy when the appointment is made.
2. The doctor had not read my notes or had misread them. She did not know I had attended the clinic before until I corrected her.
3. Their is no mask mandate. The doctor wore one which does not instill confidence. Masks make it difficult for older people to hear, as they often lipread, as I do. She chose fear of a cold-like virus over consideration for the patient.
4. The doctor asked me to undress without pulling the curtain. Anyone opening the door would have seen me in my underclothes. I had to ask her if I could pull the curtain across. This is basic care.
5. She did a thorough examination of my skin, hence the 2 stars, but I thought her manner was condescending. I won't be going back

This review is for my 75 year old mother who had an appointment for a skin check in the morning. Her appointment was for 10am and as always she was there early. Over the next hour people were coming in and leaving but my mum was still waiting to be called. Eventually at 11am she went to reception to ask why she hadn't been called in when others who had arrived for appointments a lot later than hers had gone in and left. The receptionist said that the doctor must have overlooked her name on the computer. With NO APOLOGY she went to see the doctor to get mum in next. After waiting again, when the doctor came out once again someone else was called in. By this time it was 11.15am so my mum hoped up and walked over to the receptionist to say she had had enough and was leaving. Once again there was NO APOLOGY. She was quite upset when she arrived home. Mum has been here before and said the doctors are good, but the customer service
from the receptionists is terrible.
