The most expensive Red Cross in Aus! It’s not an op shop at this point. Don’t go in thinking you’re going to find some bargains. How can you get away with selling the same sunglasses that every Red Cross has for double the price!? I’ve bought two pairs at different locations both for $10 but here they are $20. How is that not regulated?

Awesome store, fantastic clothes, I buy new clothes with tags, I've brought great bags, and new shoes, the ladies and gentlemen are very helpful and polite, you also get a great rewards card.

Expensive for op shop,
I work at dfo and most of the big brands are donate cuz faulty and they sell for outlet prices, op shop should be helping people who can’t afford clothes at store prices, ridiculous! Really disgusting, Red Cross should be a ashamed, I would never donate any Clothes to them or even donate at any of they’re charity events!

Incredibly expensive.
Clothes above $20, shoes the same unless Kmart brand etc. They're lovely items but I thought the idea of these stores was to create accessibility in the community for those less fortunate to be able to find a bargain and wear nicer brands etc.the prices are set for upper class demographic and an attitude well if you can't afford it don't pay. It's a real shame the heart seems to be lost on these organisations trying to turn a quick profit on free, donated items. Make sure you're ready to spend big it you want to shop here. If you're in the demographic of those on minimum wage to financial distress, this isn't the opshop for you. This as it says on the sign is for #opshopsnobs

First time at this OP SHOP today. Wow! Every single item is rediculously priced. I thought I was shopping in Myers or something and had to remind myself it is a second hand store.

Every single time I have come into this shop, I have been made to feel like a criminal. I have had staff follow me around the entire store for the entire visit, insist to take things up to the counter before I have even tried the articles on, comment on and assume that I couldn't possibly want or be able to afford all the item I have in my hand, ask to put the clothes in my hand on the discard rack in front of the dressing room and just generally make me feel completely uncomfortable being in the store. I do not get a good morning, a pleasant word or even a smile in these interactions, just suspicious and judgemental stares. I am an avid Op-shopper, I have probably spent a few thousand dollars in Red Cross alone and I have never felt so unwelcome or upset by a shopping experience. If you are part of the LGBTQIA+ or any other minority community, avoid this place if you would like to be treated like a decent human being. Red Cross, do better.

This shop is well planned & has some lovely clothes, however I think there prices are way to expensive, after all they are 2nd hand & donated. If your looking for wedding/bridesmaids outfits, good place to consider.

High end, brand name items available, very flashy for a second hand store. Prices follow suit.

Ridiculous prices for a charity shop! Nice & clean but the prices like in a designer 2nd-hand boutique and assortment not very impressing. The new stuff from a few seasons back & rather ugly.
Won't go there again.

I have given them one star for cleanliness and nice staff and one for brand clothing availability. I took one star off for overpricing, one for running the place like a high end fashion full priced shop and not an op shop and one star for no sizing or plus size section.

Looks to be high quality/appear new clothes. Boutique like store you'd be forgiven for forgetting it's a thrift store.

Plus size? They had a single rack plus dresses. 2/5

Great store. Probably not a typical op shop as a lot of their clothes are brand new, probably donated as out of season stock, but they're sold for around 1/3rd the retail price.
So you're getting very discounted fashionable clothes and supporting a charity at the same time which is a win for me!

An op shop for people who hate op shops most items are brand new: a mix of high street (Zara, cotton on etc) and there’s some high end designer stuff in there too think Camilla and Marc, Zimmerman etc amazing ball gowns, and you can find garments of quality fabrics like genuine leather, cashmere, wool jumpers. This is where you come if you want a bargain compared to retail/mall but can’t stand trawling through old and junky stuff at regular op-shops. The staff are friendly, the store is new and clean. I took off one star Bc I think the prices are a bit high on many of the items. I understand it may be designer but you have to meet-the-market and shouldn’t be asking $100 for jeans etc I think the prices need to come down so the stock gets cleared faster, right now the place is heaving under overloaded racks which makes it challenging to shop.

Love this shop! Lots of brand new clothing available at huge discounts. The homewares section especially is what encourages me to make the drive there

Google says it’s open on Sundays but when I got there it’s closed and the trading hours on their door say they’re closed Sundays. Waste of my time.

Google says they're open Sunday. They're not. Really want to check this place out but I hope they update their opening hours

Great mixture of donated clothes and wares. It's fantastic that Red Cross have relationships with Brands that will donate their tagged returns and end of run stock to be sold along side well curated privately donated clothes. Beautiful shop and really friendly staff. Some real bargains to be had.

What type of op-shop is this, it is more like a department store.tried to sell me a $4 Kmart shirt for over $10. Dont go here if you’re looking for something you’d find at a real op-shop lol

Not a charity shop. This Red Cross stocks brand new with tag clothing. It has a high end section with well known brands and huge discounts. A great place to find formal and clubbing outfits. The staff are very friendly and they are constantly cleaning and sterilising.
