76Just got a pair of crutches from APE today. What a pleasant experience. Helpful staff. Great range of products and well priced too. I hope I don’t injure myself and have to come again but I would love to cause they’ve got heaps of more stuff.
Purchased back support today. Extremely helpful & superbly friendly service. No issues with trying on 5 different supports to find suitable brace. Great product & 10/10 to great staff!

Very poor customer service, measurement guidelines published on their website are not accurate and they expect you to pay the postage when the item does not fit. I spent over $900 with this company and they still wanted to charge return postage. Many companies offering the same products - go for one that has a better emphasis on customer service.

I been ordering acupuncture needles for the last year from them, my last order was placed 4 WEEKS AGO, and I still have not received an email confirming the dispatch and obviously not received my order.
I emailed the company 2 weeks after placing my order and they replied saying that my items would be available for dispatch on that same day, now another 2 weeks later I had to email them again and I had no response.
Absolutely unprofessional, I’m in need of my items urgently and, again, I has been FOUR WEEKS WAITING.
Definitely do not recommend.
Wow I'm shocked to find a business that values it's customers and goes above and beyond.
I purchased a knee brace and normal post and due to the covid problem a lot of there staff are in isolation
so those still working are struggling to keep up.
The communication was great and they express posted my item at no cost to me.

In the past this company was great but since late last year I feel there has been a decline. I ordered with express delivery - order was made on Saturday then completed the following Monday. I still have not received my order and it's now a complete week later. I emailed the company on the Thursday and I still have had no response. I paid $20 extra for express delivery, as I needed the items ASAP. Now a week later and I still do not have my items, nor a response as to why it has taken so long.
Completely unprofessional that no one could have responded to my email. This is also the second time it has happened in the past 4 months.
For a medical supply company they should ensure orders labelled express are a priority with delivery - that's the point. We need these items urgently - hence the selection of express shipping, and if there was a delay somewhere, good communication would be appreciated instead I'm made to feel I have just lost almost $300 and wasted $20 on express shipping.

As they sell medical stuff, need to be quick as people will need it fast or at least let the customer know what happen.

Shocking communication, if you want to know whats going on you have to contact them. But they still take their time to respond. Considering the products they sell you would think they would be a bit more on top of their communication and letting people know where their items are or when they will be dispatched roughly. Especially given that its now been weeks since it was supposed to be sent out. I do not mind waiting, but waiting without the communication is what bothers me.
Have been a customer since I opened my clinic and have had great customer service since. Deliveries on tome and great communication
Great store with great selection. Erica was very helpful in getting me fitted with different types of braces. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured to buy or like I was taking up her time. Thanks for all the help!
APE is my go-to for my massage clinic equipment and consumables, strapping items and client needs. I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. They have prompt service and great, friendly staff, as well as an extensive range of products that are well priced. On the rare occasion where there may be a mistake with an order, the staff are awesome at rectifying in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better service.
APE is has been an excellent provider for all our clinic services. Fast delivery, reliable and extremely friendly service always. Highly recommend the Team!
