My son is 11 so this service is free at this stage. The new fixer man whom we have nick named “Ponytail, ” has been excellent. He talks and explains to my son, rather than me and makes him feel like an adult. Great service.
Hearing Australia is a fantastic service. Without them my son would have continued to go on without knowing he couldn't hear well. His development since having them at 7 months old has improved significantly, he is not on track with his speech at two.
Mike and Marion are beautiful with the children. Very patient and explain everything so well.

My son is 9 so this service is free at this stage. It is a bit of a lucky dip as to who you get but as subsidised “businesses” go, these guys at least treat you with respect.
Very friendly and helpful staff helped me to get rid of a wasp in the car park, they were very brave. The facilities are very clean. The audiologists are great with my child
