Great online material for the refresher and in class, the trainer was experienced and engaging.
This course is awful. The trainer was a bully. He enjoyed humilliating the student, tried to pick a fight with one young man as he walked in to register because he could not find his name on the sign in sheet. The trainer threatened the student when he asked why he was being like that. The trainer, was boastful. Complaining about his family the government and how hard done by he was.i will NEVER use this training org again
Best First aid course we have done so far, and we have done a few.very direct and easy to understand, not too long so was easy to concentrate

Grace was an excellent teacher/instructor. She full of knowledge and had an awesome teaching style making it really easy learn what was needed on the day.
I think I learned more useful information in this shortened course than I have in any other of my many first aid trainings. Grace was clear, concise, and shared what we needed to know to feel confident as a first responder. She readily answered any questions and the session flowed easily.

Great training, instructor moved at the pace according to our classes needs, explained everything in detail, answered all questions and had experience in the field.
I have been a nurse since 2009 and did the basic life support and cpr today with Pamela C.
I have to say Pamela made this course memorable I learnt more from this lady then any other trainer I have had. She is unique and really gets the point across. Thanks for making a really dry course a pleasure to redo.
