I have done a few first aid corses over the years and this was definately the best one. Awesome trainer, very engaging.
The Trainer was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining. She captivated her audience and had us engaged and involved throughout the session. She provided many examples how to apply the content that we were learning, giving everyone plenty of knowledge to walk away with. I rarely give feedback but in this case, believe it was necessary to acknowledge the showmanship that this particular Trainer brought to the First Aid experience. Well done!

My first time doing the first aid course.the course was easy to follow, the instructor Sue, was friendly, helpful and approachable
Trainer was knowledgeable, to the point, stayed on topic and managed the time well. Nice to do the theoretical part of the training at home and just to come in for the practical part.
The trainer Pamela is amazing as she has always been. Last year I went for the course and do a renewal for CPR this year. She demonstrated professionalism and display her skilled.experience and dedication through her presentation and demonstration during the course. Pam really knows her stuff and she has a vast experience in first aid. She’s been very helpful and willing to assist us when we made some errors. Amazing place to learn your first aid. Very hands on and engaging.
The trainer was great, answered all questions gave lots advise and helped demonstrate again when people struggled, would love to get him next year for refresher
