Drive is far too lazy to deliver
No place safe. Yeah rite we are the unit at the back of 13 units.
It's obvious the driver could not be bothered to drive down our delivery driveway.
This is the forth time
Aus post drivers are lazy and very unreliable
You make a complaint and nothing is done to rectify the problem
Discusting service and the parcel in question is Express post

Things have vastly improved so I have no issue awarding 4

Willing to sell extenders etc.without full knowledge of operation requirements. Unable to confirm their usage. Later discovered I could have wasted my money if purchased. A Telco Registered Provider is Essential for NBN INTERNET Connection for Computer & Printer Operation.

Driver did not even knock, Stood there to scan and walked away. I rewatched the cctv footage he barely waited.

Driver never knocked and now i have to waita week for my already delayed by a month parcels that were ment to be xmas presents thanks a lot aus post

Our postie Rhonda is by far the best we have ever had, very courteous, happy, friendly & helpful & always makes sure our parcels are left where we want them.

Two weeks delayed parcels despite being in Perth the whole duration. Support doesn't do anything, they don't care about if your parcels go missing. Do not use Australia Post.

Great staff always helpful I get medication delivered there and there always happy to let me pick it up as soon as it arrives great people

The staff at the shop are great and helpful, shame the parcel delivery in the area is trash and unfairly reflects on the shop - would regulary have registeted packages left on my door step visible from the street because "no one was home" even though my wife was home, driver should actually try knocking on the door.recommend people try the phone app and register for the free parcel lockers at woolies as Ive stopped having issues with packages since using them.

Very disappointed. I paid $15 for express post to get a delivery by Friday so I had item for Saturday. The app showed my delivery was received in Kelmscott 9.22pm on Wednesday and delivery was expected Friday. Nothing arrived. Now I have to wait until Monday at the earliest. Spoiled my Saturday plans. Express post useless waste of money. Unimpressed. No covid issues in WA so no excuse.

THERE DRIVER OBVIOUSLY LAZY TO TAKE PARCEL TO ARMADALE ON A FRIDAY AND TOOK PARCEL TO WELSHPOOL SND FAILED TO INFORM US THAT IT WOULDNT BE THERE FOR COLLECTION, WASTE OF TIME IN A BUSY SCHEDULE

Exceptional service. Went above and beyond to help me find my parcel this morning at the facility when I was in a mad rush and urgently needed it. Could have very easily told me No but instead they took the time to absolutely SAVE THE DAY!

My parcel arrived at the Kelmscott Postal Facility on Thursday Feb 4 and has been sitting there for now 6 days, status on tracking unchanged. Usually my parcels come through the Welshpool Postal Facility and I have never had a issue.
Very disappointed in the Kelmscott Facility. Are you forgetting that parcels are digitally tracked or do you just don’t care?

My parcel has been sitting at the Kelmscott Delivery Centre since Wednesday 25th. Just says delayed. Bit frustrating that you cant even get in touch with them to pick it up from there.

Never had any other issues before but my parcel has been sitting here for a week today. When I contacted australia post all the could tell me was that the status said being delivered. Normally a parcel will arrive the next day once in Perth so find it very disappointed with the fact it’s been a week when our house is 10 minutes from the PO.

AusPost parcel delivery was never really good but that have dropped to an all time low in recent months. My parcels have been sitting in both Kelmscott and Perth for three days with the disclaimer "held at facility - in transit redirection". Three days + just to go to my local post office instead of my house? (Not that you ever delivered to my house, just left yellow notices)

Impeccable service and polite staff. I had a very large package and the staff were happy to assist me to place it into my odd shaped car securely. Very happy with the customer service I received. Thank you!
