Amazing, I came with a software issue, it could have take few more days if I went to another company but I’m glad my sister recommended this place. Very good customer service. They fixed my problem on the same day.

Austin was me Goto Store for the last 10 years
The motherboard sold to me had a bend pin in the CPU socket.
Unfortunately I missed it when I installed the cpu
After troubleshooting why the PC was not booting I found the pin
Austin is now telling me this is not covered under warranty.
159$ down the drain thanks for shopping with you

Hi Austin Computers team, Thank you very much for the wonderful product. Although the only thing was, the reason I actually purchased from you is that I that the delivery would be faster than other vendors. As I am situated in Sydney Pyrmont and needed a new SSD drive as fast as possible due to some assignments I needed to have done. I did find a Sydney branch they you had, I thought this would be delivered from this branch, but was delivered out of State.hmmm I guess you could imagine the confusion I had. Although I should have contacted you guys first before purchasing. I was just pushed for time. Anyways all is well now and thank you for your service.

It takes longer to move a small item from their Bibra Lake to their Osborne Park store than it takes to ship the same item from Brisbane to Perth to my door.

I ordered two Ubiquiti UDM on the same day one from Austin and one from Computer alliance in qld, qld one came two days after.

After calling austin like everyday, the item was finally "available to pick up" 3 days later.
I even offered to go it pick it up from the Bibra Lake store, but no it cannot be done apparently.

The ordering and payment process was quite simple to use and I am very pleased with the outcome. I already knew the items I wanted to purchase that made it easy. I have never had an issue ordering from Austin computers.
