I've bought a few times from here, the supplies are great and the turn around time to receiving the items is excellent along with the service. I've even received little extras to try. Give them a chance they won't do you wrong. I love them.

Quality soap making products with decent pricing. Delivery took a while but it was expected. Heaps of emails sent about delivery updates which was great. Will return for more in the future.

Hi was here today, the only thing I have had concerns with is. Not enough signs or needs bigger sign.because drove past 2 times nearly just gave up.

Sensational variety of products for soap making and more. The Bramble Berry Fragrance sampler packs are fantastic if you are starting out with soap making. I can find everything I need when making products at home. We have made lip balms, soaps and foamy soaps in the last two months. They make wonderful gifts. Everything is shipped and packed with care and I love the free samples.

I'm so proud of this West Australian company. They are so passionate and creative and just want everybody to have a fantastic experience. Their products are excellent and have such an amazing price point. Also they never stop learning new techniques, new formulas and best of all they share their knowledge with their customers. They are always adding new products and starter kits which make soaping for beginners a very affordable and enjoyable experience. My only negative issue is that it's so easy to get addicted to making beautiful, good quality, handmade soaps and toiletry items that you may have a hard time stopping. This business is all about the customers and the love of soap making and my experiences with the team expresses just that. Nothing is too much trouble and I won't buy my supplies anywhere else!

The service is excellent. Products are packaged securely - no spills. They have a huge selection of micas and fragrances, all of which are top quality. In particular, i love their fragrances. They are true to their name and the scent sticks around, which isn't always the case with fragrances from other websites. 10/10, would purchase from again.

I was introduced to this little gem of a business after posing a question on my a Facebook Paleo group. I wanted to make my own healthy face cream and body lotions. This group is health conscious and seeks out quality products and businesses. Well every second comment said Aussie Soap Supplies. My first order and communications has been amazing. They are friendly, professional and helpful to get set up for my new hobby. I will be shopping here regular.

Love this shop. Excellent variety of goods. Orders are packed and processed so fast it's in the post and delivered quickly. Very reasonable postage cost. I also love it when if on occasion a little free satchet is included as I get to try something new.

Brought a bath bomb making kit and found that the plastic moulds that they have provided as part of the kit, are very sub standard. They get stuck as the 2 halves are poorly matched. So when you are trying to remove the bombs from the mould it is near impossible as the two halves of the moulds are constantly stuck. As a result the bath bombs constantly break, generally in half. The plastic is also very thin so you when you are wrestling with trying to remove the moulds you have to be careful you don't end up with finger indentations on the bombs. I will go online and try to find better quality moulds.

Great quality products, but the shipping time is always too long. I live in Brisbane and have bought lots of things from Aussie Soap Supplies, but it's always around 2 1/2 - 3 weeks before I get my supplies. I don't know why it takes so long, but I've had stuff from Aliexpress and Ebay arrive faster. Other soap suppliers have my things at my door in a week. Aussie Soap Supplies never ship that fast.
