Carlos Rizo is a professional loan broker who really knows his business. I looked at a number of online banks loans but my situation didn’t suit their standard on line application format. I've been dealing with Quentin for more than 4 years now and he is always friendly and very helpful. He got me finance pre-approval to buy 4 years back, then approval to build and then again to buy. After all these attempts, I've finally decided to buy an existing property and Quentin made it happen in a matter of hours. Being FIFO and sleeping during the day was no problem for Quentin. He's always a phone call away and kept me up to date with messages and emails. Gary Allen was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He did so many property appraisals for us, and was always on the phone to help explain things that we were confused about (which was quite a few things!). Both my husband and myself have had a lovely relationship with Gary for years.he sorted out our mortgage, contacted us when he thought we needed to refinance for our benefit, Christmas cards etc etc… had him in our home to advise us.so of course I would contact him to discuss our mortgage, possibility of refinancing, maybe looking into releasing equity on our home. I called him personally three times, left voicemails, my husband also did this too.strange, we thought maybe he doesn’t work there anymore, so I called the Morley office directly.he’s on a call, take my information and tell him to call me back, nothing.we have sent three emails, numerous calls, and still nothing. We have now dealt with our bank directly. There is no excuse, we are obviously just a number, you are not interested, as perhaps not going to make any commission.so the loyalty and caring doesn’t mean anything. So disappointed in this service. I expect an email, call to explain to us why we have just been disregarded.

My husband and I were looking for another opition instead of going through a bank, I was recommended aussie home loans in morley, we found gary to be disinterested and unhelpful in our situation we sent documents our end hardly ever got a reply instead we gave up at the end and move on too another lender where we were approved a loan.customer service goes a long way theses days, if you want the business!
