Got my new work kits through Neto a few months ago and super happy with everything!
The designs and prints came out so well on all the items I ordered and they were so easy to deal with. Will be going back to do a second order very soon!

We were very happy with the service, speed and finished product with a small order of embroidered shirts for our staff - thanks very much for your help and efficiency!

Was viscously abused by the owner over the phone when I made a complaint due to their lack of professionalism and inability to deliver my apparel in their promised timeframe. Instead blamed me (the customer) for not responding quick enough to emails - when I replied to each email within 6 hours each time.

A major shame as it has put a major dent in an event I was promoting this weekend for suicide awareness via lifeline. Causing thousands of dollars to not be able to go to a great cause.

After asking for my money back I was then accused of having mental health issues myself, and had staff members harassing and mocking me as I left the store.

They should be ashamed of their behaviour.

I recently ordered staff shirts through this company. I dealt with Georgina and she was helpful, quick to respond to all of my questions, and had a good knowledge of the products.

Our shirts turned out fabulously! They matched the “mock up” she sent us, the shirts are a good quality - most importantly they are quick to dry and iron free!
