Went into the showroom today (Tues) and had a great experience! The woman who assisted me could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you very much, I’ll definitely be back.

I have made three orders now with Aussie Candles and have held off writing a review until I was sure the consistency was 100%. Every order has arrived fast. Every order has been packed well. And I have been super impressed with the quality of the glassware and the fragrances. I have also contacted Aussie Candles through the 'chat' function and received helpful and friendly advice. Keep up the good work!

Love these guys and highly recommend them! I own The Wick Boutique Co and this is where I first started buying my supplies from over a year ago, and have been using them ever since. Ordered caprylic triglyceride at 34$ (19.5 + shipping). It came thicker than the many cct I had and smelled horrible (like an old melted paraffin candle). So I sent it back for 16.65$. They refunded only 19.5$! Not even initial 34 I spent.the smell did not wash off my fingers even with using soap (which I was shocked about) They even tried gaslighting me saying it s the coconut smell. I gifted 31$ to basically smell something awful and it is NOT CCT. Do not recommend.

Visited the shop this morning. First time visitor instore. Received assistance from Julie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service provided. Didn't have some of the fragrances I was after but got some new ones to try with the help of Julie. I will be back either online or instore to get the ones I didnt get.

So i was sent to do my partners emergency list for her small business (Xaria&Co), which i have no clue on what i was getting i was already late for my sons sporting event and the lady was busy with alot of customers which i started to stress even more i then was greeted by a lovely young lady (15yo) she ask if she could help and to my surprise she whiped up our order in no time with great customer service well spoken and polite was so good seeing a young teen of this day and age with good work ethic and well mannered.

Hats off to this young lady and to her parents and a business that supports the youth! Well done guys thank you!

Amazing efficiency and delivery. Ordered on a Sunday and the kit was with me on the Tuesday.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I contacted the company asking on the ETA of an OOS item explaining that I was wanting to make an order soon and gauging if I should hold off. Was categorically told 3-4 weeks. So I made my order.

It came back in stock the next working day. When I contacted them to voice my frustration the response was flippant telling me they actually have no idea and no access to production schedules, telling me I should sign up for the notification, I was and that's why I found out it was restocked the next day.

When I responded advising I was signed up and questioned them giving ETAs if they are unable to be in any way accurate I received a passive aggressive response.

Attitude was pretty much "not my problem"

Great supplier of everything candle making related. Easy ordering system, well priced and friendly and pleasant staff with efficient and easy pick up.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Made sure that my order (large candle making kit) was sent out super quickly to help me recieve it for mother's day. The kits were generous and great value, and the instructions were really comprehensive and easy to follow. The glasses included in the kit were really nice as well, i was really impressed with the cute 'honey pot' candles. Their range of fragrances was almost too big, but it means that there is definitely a scent for everyone. Can't recommend these guys enough, and the kit was definitely a well received present.

Spend a small fortune in here whilst I don't need advice, I regularly watch and listen to staff spend alot of time helping beginners with advice and choices explaining in real detail how to make things. Ladies in
warehouse also a great help in getting me a product not on shelf and saving me another drive or having to order on line.

We're just starting our own business and your store has been a godsend to us. We just received a shipment a day before Christmas, which we only ordered 2 days ago. I could not be more impressed with delivery times and quality of products!

I ordered a set of Cambridge jars and some arrived broken in transit.
I emailed Aussie Candle Supplies and Sally’s response was extremely quick - for a Friday afternoon - and sent out replacements for the broken ones - free of charge. With a prompt and quick response and delivery of replacement package I couldn’t be happier with Aussie Candle Supplies excellent customer service.
