Aussie Cabling

Started off well but ended up wasting my time. Submitted an online query and was called within 24 hours. Date made to come out and quote. Turned up on time and discussed in detail what was needed. Then waited a week for the quote to be emailed. I accepted the quote online and immediately replied to the email that I was happy to proceed and asked to advise a date that the work could be carried out. No response received. Called another contractor and they were out and completed the work 3 days after I called.

I normally use Barra Elec for my data cabling work but they no longer do that work. They recommended Aussie Cabling, and I’m glad they did. Brett was knowledgeable and easy to work with to solves my issues in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Brett and Aussie Cabling.

A few years back my family experienced stability issues with our NBN FTTN connection. We were unsure on the quality of the internal cabling for our NBN service so we searched around for registered cablers in the Perth metro area. And so we stumbled across Aussie Cabling. We made a call late one afternoon and Brett arrived the next morning at our place.

While the bridge tap removal and new cable run to a new, single socket didn't completely resolve all our issues, it did improve our max attainable upload speeds quite considerably and we were very happy with the quality of the workmanship done, plus it made dealing with our NBN RSP much easier at the time as we had proof of the work that had been completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Aussie Cabling for any data cabling needs.

Aussie Cabling are very good at what they do. We have used them for various cabling jobs re internet cables and access around our home. They are neat, tidy and thorough. We used them very recently and they were very considerate of the C-19 situation and diligent about washing hands, wiping down surfaces and staying safe and clean. That impressed me. Me and my family all recommend Brett and his Aussie Cabling team very highly.

Was getting 10-20 dropouts a day with NBN FTTN - problem turned out to be with internal wiring and was fixed within an hour. No more dropouts! Highly recommended.

Contacted Brett, from Brisbane, sight unseen, hoping for information on how to do the switch to NBN. Found his web site wonderfully helpful compared to the waffle from Telstra. Was staggered to receive a return phone call. The next business day. Who does that - for someone they cannot possible do business with? He talked me through the process and reassured me that it would go successfully. So much appreciated! What a professional!

I've had an excellent experience with Aussie cabling. They mounted 4 cameras and the cabling looks excellent. I work in IT and finding a good cabler is impossible, there was a small issue with the camera mount and it was fixed promptly and they also worked around my schedule. The rates are affordable and the customer service is quick and convenient, you can just call and talk to a person immediately. I will be recommending them to clients from now on.

I needed my FTTP NBN reconnected after some renovations, and Brett provided the perfect advice for how to go about preparing for this with a NBN enclosure box. He also arranged my other data cabling, speaker cabling and TV aerial cabling after the renovation works to get eh house fully connected. Brett's advice and communication via both phone and e-mail was excellent. Jake did the work onsite and was excellent in getting the work completed efficiently, and was also respectful and good at communicating issues and offering solutions. I found Aussie Cabling to be great value, and would certainly recommend.

Was called prior to scheduled appointment to let me know the technician wasn't able to make it. From there, did their best to make sure I could be seen as soon as possible. Once at the premises, got to work, no fuss and confirmed issue was not within the house cabling. Thank you Brett and Jake. Report took a little longer than expected (still timely, I was just impatient as my problem has been persisting for weeks now), but provided shortly after I followed up.

Brett is a straight shooter who knows his stuff, turns up when he says he will, delivers what he says he will, and is reasonably priced. He is my go-to for anyone needing networking work and advice.

Brett was very helpful and reasonable charge to fix my home phone line. I highly recommend his work. He pointed out the fault of the servicer provider and came another day to check whether the service provider visited my place or not. Brett is great guy.
