We first came to meet shah after becoming frustrated with another corporate type engineering company we had initially engaged to do site and engineering assessments.
Shahs personalized service and advice in helping us navigate the challenges of site prep/construction issues and his knowledge of shire/govt planning regs, certainly relieved us [esp the wife]of much stress and anxiety. He even went to the trouble of talking with building dept and wall frame suppliers on our behalf to solve problems.
We were also grateful to find him very reasonable in his fee structure compared to the other firms loading up extra charges for things[some of which were unnecessary]
Timing was critical for us and despite a busy times during the building initiative scheme, Shah kept his promise to get our project approved before the deadline cut off.

Going above and beyond my expectations to have unexpected unauthorised permit approvals completed within a week of settlement, and me out of town, Shah had the job done in time, in a professional matter, working with and arranging other specialists for the job that needed to be done also. The previous big name of engineering industry who engineered our house let us down by not responding to quote requests for changes that council has requested despite constant follow up.
