I also had to spend more money fixing substandard service and lack of communication was very frustrating would not recommend even after giving a second chance to correct was still all wrong very disappointed

Wanted to charge me $300+ to install a head unit by trying to sell me unnecessary items. Did the job myself in 5 minutes for $20.

Don't know why you gies have opened shop for, have came to shop 3 Times even after having appointment booked, took three leaves from my work, each time of appointment always end up going back home without getting done, even paid deposit in advance, such a failure shop to install speakers from, wasted my way many days and time, I would say you gies should shut the shop if can't handle.

Bought a unit from Cannington, having seen it promoted on the Audiocom website, even though some questions remained about the suitability. Three weeks and six often lengthy visits later, they still do.

It is understandable that new employees take time to develop efficiency and knowledge — the attitude could not be faulted — but there needs to be some support. Tried other channels as well. Business does not reply to emails, return phone messages, or publish store hours on its website.

Had no trouble getting a refund, which is the sole glimmer of redemption, but really would have much preferred the unit. Which may well still have been the optimal solution. It just became too impossible to deal with this company.

Came in this Wednesday and got a reverse camera installation and head unit upgrade done and would like to say I’m impressed with how everything had turned out. Definitely a five star job!

Extremely disappointing.
I took my vfii ss there and asked for the $2800 Kenwood 10" system. (They said they had installed this system in vf commodores before) After a day and a half they rang to say they couldn't make it fit. They recomended Sony 9" over the phone and I gave them the go ahead.
By the end of the second day I came to pick up my car. They were rushing to finish it.
Got it back with irreparable scratches through the centre console and kick panels.
The screen wasn't screwed in properly (one screw fell out when I touched it). My reverse camera didn't work at all. Sensors were no longer displaying as individual sensors but as an over all front or back sensor. Motion detection was no longer working. I couldn't access my cars computer options (how doors lock and lights come on). My steering wheel buttons for answering calls was no longer working (I had paid for wiring to keep this function). Bi-modal exhaust option was no longer accessible. I had to run wires from my glovebox to link to my phone. I was assured that I wouldn't lose any of my cars factory features but ended up losing most of them just to gain maps that worked.
I was given the option to come back and they would fit an after market reverse camera (which would lose my motion detection features) just so I would have a working camera. I was not willing to risk more damage to my car to lose more factory features.
I ended up taking out their system myself and reinstalled the factory system so atleast I knew it would be done properly and not receive any more damage to my interior. And honestly, I didn't feel the guys were approachable about any conflict as they brushed off my previous questions as if I should just shut up.

Pretty disapointed to be honest. Required install and ended up buying amp and underseat sub to complete what is a very decent system. Went premium package extra no expense spared. Collected car and was in 4wd for some reason.the glove box interior light disconnected and hanging. Sub was way too high and no audio tune had been done. Massive scratch in back interior side panel. No response to emails all of a sudden after payment was received so had to take it somewhere else to get tuned. I thought you get what you $$$ for!

It is an absolute pleasure dealing with The boys down at Audiocom Cannington. They know their product inside out I went into the store with a set Max budget wanting to upgrade 4 speakers and amplify them. I came away with a cracking deal on some focal auditor components and kx2 2 ways and the latest Sony amp to match the output. The system now sounds sensational. Its rare these days to deal with experts in their field who are passionate about what they do, and the boys are both. You'll do well to trust the boys down here with your car audio set-up. Thanks again

Fantastic service from start to finish. Audiocom was recommended to me by another company in the automotive industry. The lads there have very high standards and the work ethics are professional. After service for advice is second to none, always willing to help in set up and make sure you are confident with using the system before you leave the shop.

I have had an ongoing issue with the bluetooth in my car.it was going to cost quite a lot to change the entire unit. Enter Caleb.he suggested a unit that would fit into my cigarette lighter socket, which he kindly paired to my audio unit and phone, and not only can I use my phone, but can play Spotify through my audio as well. Thanks Caleb.friendly and very helpful.
