Long term customer of ACP. Great customer service throughout the business. Bronte and his senior staff Patrick, Sean, Paul and Mazen along with the customer service team will look after you during your visit.

Very poor. Business manager was so rude. He couldn’t wait for us to leave after we paid the deposit and didn’t even acknowledge an email asking if he had received tens of thousands of dollars. Exit service was really bad. And get this: almost brand new car and no spare tire. Everything else is there to change / repair the tire, but no spare. We now have to go back. Overall very disappointed.

Last week I bought Audi Q5, before I approached to Audi dealer, I went to Nissan and few other brand dealers too but I never found as good service as Adel @ Audi Centre Perth did…Adel is very friendly, professional and very honest man, He is also very patient for answering all my bunch of questions over 3 days of my time…, I wanted to give him a 100 stars ️ but limited to 5 stars ️ only …

And also Warren is the finance manager who is really helpful to let me had a good Rate too …

One week ago, we were in a Toyota Landcruiser, and today, just three days later, we're enjoying the ride in an awesome Audi. Great service, gives you comfort that you car is being cared for by people who understand it. Well worth the cost if you truly value your car.

Very poor service
Purchased a luxury car and in the middle of settlement, staff left and no one bothered to call or update on car delivery. Left in lingo despite paying deposit.
Would not have bought from here if I knew service was gping to be this bad.
Will not purchase anything from here again.

The level of service you expect from a luxury car dealership. Thira was knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly, a really awesome person to meet. We enjoyed working with Thira and will gladly recommend her and the Audi centre.

Awful customer service.

Lied about not receiving car when it was delivered to the centre. Didn’t return our calls. Then took 2 days to actually look at the windscreen wiper. Charged $580 for that and now want to charge an additional $1900 to order and fit it.

This experience has resulted in the fact we will not be going back

Great experience buying my A5 through Adel, having it sent to SA was no issue & everything was very transparent regarding shipping time etc. Andrew & Brett also did a great job sorting the finance. Overall, a very easy process. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very friendly & professional.
