Great bunch of physios, always super friendly and welcoming. I saw Rachel for neck and thoracic pain which I am now able to self manage! Would highly recommend.

I came to Aubin Grove to utilise a physiotherapist guiding me whilst trying Pilates for the first time. (my balance and ROM is not fantastic) I needed assistance with ongoing tightness in my trap - explained that I had seen a previous Physio, Chiro and Massage therapist and the treatments I had trialled.
Despite this I had to sit through 2 appointments with an outcome of only being shown a handful of exercises - some of which I advised I had already been incorporating into my exercise & mobility program and some pushing on the vertebrae on my spine.
The Physio offered me to join the Strength and Conditioning small group class instead despite me wanting to try Pilates and being very open with that. I was made to feel like despite being a paying customer that my request to try something new under the guidance of a physio (a service they offer) was not being listened to.
With great difficulty I got "handed over" to see a second Physio at AGP&P who did an initial session with me on a Pilates reformer (3rd appt) as she had more experience in this field. During this session she instructed me on how to do certain exercises but made little small talk - I was even expected to keep count of how many I had done even though it was just her and I in the gym and I forgot a few times because I was so busy trying to navigate the new movements. Majority of the appointment was silence.
The physio suggested to me that I try Roar Fitness for Pilates classes and asked me during the session what I wanted to do moving forward, implying that using their services for physio run Pilates wasn't an option. When I mentioned that my preference was to obviously keep going with treatment as I have only had one session. The whole experience was very awkward and I'm left almost $200 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I have cancelled my follow up appt due to Covid and will be looking for a new practice.
The positives of Aubin Grove would be their facilities and the fact they have late appointment times in the evening. Maybe try booking with the Physios here that have more experience and client awareness.

I had a great experience with the team at Aubin Grove. The physio was very thorough in diagnosing and treating my bursitis.

Best physio practice around.
Very knowledgeable staff who all specialise in different areas. Always helpful when booking appointments and reshuffling times to suit.

They have a great set up with a small gym area to test progress of injuries. They also do dry needling and and make thermoplastic splints which is a bonus.
Can highly recommend John Klauz if you are looking for an experienced physiotherapist.

I have been to several physiotherapists and find this place the most beneficial and rewarding. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable and have a very authentic concern and connection towards clients. They listen and follow up after sessions. Highly recommend this physio.:)

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Our family have been using this practice for quite sometime and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Great location. Good facilities. Excellent care. Availabilities never an issue. Good rehab plans and follow up. I’ve had two different injuries in 4 years and they’ve helped each time! Jonathon is excellent.

Very bad experience.

I called the physio to make appt and it was confirmed.

Then i went there for my appointment on time and the receptionist told me there is no appointment booked for me.
I was so disappoint. I told the receptionist that i am in pain and really need to meet physio but no positive response and no apology from them.
