Everyone has been so lovely & helpful. Recently did the Jobs Now course with Tayla & I've learned so much going forward. Would recommend.

Taylor, has been great, supportive an very positive, even when I've had hurdles to get through. Taylor was very positive in her advice to help get me through the hurdle. All I had to do was believe in her advice. An her advice in the end was right. An Taylor has been huge help with the mygov site, getting me set up. I don't know what I would off done without her help.

Atwork rockingham has been nothing short of amazing to myself and my little girl.i was recently transferred to them as i was extremely unhappy with my last provider and already ive only had 1 appointment with parents next at atwork with a lovely lady named bec and she has already made me feel more happy and comfortableand excited for my future then ever before aside from that even everyone else in the office is soo lovely and i coyld be happier joing them at this point

Awful rude an incompetent staff. Im not joking when I say I have put together better resumes than these people when I was in school.

At work has been amazing in supporting me through in everything from study to work. Ive dealt with different people over the time and all have been supportive and upliftng.couldnt imagine where id be right now with out them but i know its forward.

The Rockingham branch is absolutely terrible! Every single lady has a very bad attitude! Very very rude!
No wonder they have such a high turnover of stuff the lady in charge must absolutely be a gremlin to the staff!
Appointments Are never on time and always at least 20 minutes late! What a joke
Two years I have been with them and had not one job opportunity at all, not even one interview! What’s the point of this place… collecting money from the government and doing nothing for their clients!

Supposed to have first appointment with them today, called first thing in the morning as I’m still sick so can’t come in. On hold for 50+ minutes to be transferred 3 times then told I will have a call back from someone. Also requested they note I have called, and why I won’t be in to prevent any issues.

Wait all day for a call back, nothing. Then get a text saying my payments have been cut as I didn’t meet a requirement. What a joke, no contact, nothing. Now trying to call again but put on hold and told the office shuts at 4…

What a good first impression.
