Going into my initial appointment I was beyond nervous but Victoria made me feel very welcomed and friendly. I am so happy and satisfied with this initial appointment and highly recommend these wonderful people.

I just started working after being with AtWork for a quite a while.so I'm so grateful for the guidance from these guys! Especially Victoria at Lakelands! She has been so helpful and understanding about all my personal dramas ect.
Sorted out my new outfits for work.organised training courses, interacting with my new boss. I'm so excited for the future and what it brings!

Victoria has been nothing short of amazing in her work and support toward helping me fulfil my goals and needs!

I would like to say thank you to Victoria at Lakelands and the staff at the Mandurah office are more than helpful and thanks to them I have landed a great job.

Cheryl is without doubt the most caring and supportive lady I could ever have hoped to be my Job Coach. She has helped me out in so many ways, to numerous to mention here, I am forever grateful to her for everything she has done to help me on my journey.

I have had Darla as my job coach for past 6mths or so and she is brilliant, she is so friendly, caring, and really good listener, the last few mths she's been more my mentor than job coach, its sad to be losing her,

The staff is very caring and supportive; they understand what your needs are and are always looking out for options with those needs in mind.
It would be a lie to say they weren't the best employment services I've been involved with.

I really want to say s big thank you to Cheryl for her great work she does. Cheerful and polite.

Cheryl is always very helpful and happy for me with encouragement and enthusiasm for her job making her a pleasure to deal with. Her co worker Darla is always warm and welcoming with a big smile. She makes a pretty good coffee to. Thnx ladies.

Chelsea is a BULLY and ABUSIVE job coach, I urge anyone who has problems with this Job Coach to make a complaint to the National Complaints Service Line. Alynka the Service Manager is a liar and complicit to bullying behaviour. I believe this organization has no integrity!

You are an amazing lady and that you're always smiling when I walk through the door.

I was in a very difficult place when I first walked in to At Work Lakelands, having been "let go" from the hospitality industry, and met with Cheryl my mentor.

She made me feel right at home straight away, which allowed me to open up in such a safe space and allow me to be fully open and transparent through the process.

I had big specific goals with my career journey at this point, wanting to change industries. Cheryl did not push me into work that wasn't right for me, even though it was available, or to be specific, that would have exacerbated my anxiety and further depleted my mental health.

The ongoing support I have with this company is amazing. Cheryl would call and check in often, and go above and beyond to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. Often helping me explore ideas, brainstorm, and ultimately lead me in the right direction with work and job specific requirements I needed to obtain my current Job in the counselling industry.

Within no time I was employed by an amazing company. The continued support is next level. I have never had this experience with another company in many years and feel right at home with At Work Lakelands.

They offer so much support and really care about what they do which I find essential in the guidance part of this process. I could not have done it without you Cheryl! Truly an amazing Lady.

I would like to thank Alynka my job coach over the past months for her outstanding work. After being unemployed for several years due to an injury I joined the team in Mandurah. With Alynka's help and guidance I was retrained and obtained my Cert III Individual Support (Disability).
I now have my dream job.
I found Alynka to be very professional, supportive, caring and understanding. A great listener and truly cared for my needs.

I would like to wish Alynka well in her new role as manager of the Lakelands branch, well deserved.
