They don't help you when you ask or need something. They just read your message, ignore your calls and don't help. They may be nice to your face but honestly, I haven't felt helped much, just burdened with what they want me to do and as soon as I got a job they stopped caring. I've asked for a fuel voucher for a week and still haven't gotten one, I have messaged and called. My message got left on read and my calls got ignored. Not happy.

I suggest you look at my Workforce Australia inquiry submission #121, Alynka (Service Manager) Cheryl, and Alex (General Manager) intentionally breach guidelines and deed clauses to falsely punish participants with demerits, They are Monsters, and dishonest Grubs. A royal commission into DES job providers is required and hopefully soon. Oh I will discuss my issues with you, from the witness stand. Lets take the audios of your abuse through the judicial process, Cowards.

Chelsea is a BULLY and ABUSER, I urge anyone who has problems with this Job Coach to make a complaint to the National Complaints Service Line. Alynka the Service Manager is a liar and complicit to bullying behaviour. I believe this organization has no integrity!

Dress for Success event was good. My job coach Chelsea and the rest of the girls were very helpful and welcoming.

I had a great experience joining in on the Dress For Success event with the Mandurah office and my job coach Chelsea was so supportive. I love my new clothes and I'm all prepared for any interview I go for!

Brie is my job coach at Atwork Mandurah and is very approachable, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Brie put me into the Positivum learning modules programme and it is really interesting and helpful. Brie is the best job coach I have had.

The moment I stepped in to the Dower st office I felt welcome and relaxed. Chelsea, my new job coach, is not only friendly but she has the willingness and capabilities to achieve what needs to be done. In my case that was quite a bit, however Chelsea didn't hesitate to listen, do and guide me through the process. From what I see the staff here are helpful and enthusiastic about helping those who really need it. Well done and many thanks.
