Where do I begin? I hear so much good stuff about a member of staff I am assigned to we have phone appointments scheduled every two weeks and that person NEVER calls on time usually an hour late or mostly not at all, with no messages, contact or letters as to what happened? ! Forcing me to chase them up and not get any call backs twice now, after requesting to speak to a manager, highly unprofessional the excuse is that they were very busy but yet if you have an appointment is it not in their diary, system, or even a priority, if I was that irresponsible and didn't turn up to appointments I would definetly be "reprimanded" for it and have my allowance cut, it is ridiculous that after 3 complaints I am still being treated like this, when I actually spoke to the staff member about how frustrated I was I just get a "yep yep, " no apology, and a "oh the system was down", do they not keep an appointment diary? Do I need to make a visit to the office in person (which is difficult with a chronic pain illness social anxiety and disability) to get taken seriously? I am very angry and disappointed that this is happening to me when many are having a great experience, I really wish that was the case for me, this is beyond a joke now.

I had an appointment this morning was running a bit late.got there and they told me they couldnt see me because there are new rules apparently that if you are a little late they cant see you they said it is with our mutual obligations that it has come in on the 1st april i can tell you i read it and i read all the new rules for over an hour when i got home and there is no mention of that anywhere.i would love to know the link to where it says that.

My previous job coach was Jan Brown and now is Daniel Cotter-Tate. I am very happy to use this service AtWork. The coaches Jan and Daniel are professional. Working in this area, it's not only required the working skills but also people skills and they are doing great jobs. I highly recommend this service.
