atWork Australia reviews
21 I’m so sick of dealing with atWork in Wanneroo.
I’ve been cycled through four different consultants with zero communication but I’m expected to answer the phone and discuss my personal circumstances with any old stranger who they hire.
I’ve been contacting atWork for weeks now asking for the site manager to contact me via email.has this happened? Nope. I contacted atWork to reschedule an appointment because I was unwell.was this actioned? Nope. I’m still waiting for the fuel assistance I requested on the 28/8 and again 7/9/8/9.think I’ve received a response? Nope.
Oh and let’s not forget the 40+ hour fortnight’s I’m working when I’m only required do 30. They decided to change my job plan, without my consent or knowledge, and demanded I continue applying for jobs each month.as a permanent part timer with my current role.which I found myself btw with zero help from this rodeo and their clowns.
I will continue leaving bad reviews until they actually approve my transfer request that they have continuously rejected.
Great friendly team. Special mention to Michelle who helped me know end. Highly recommend this team. Thanks
Helen is an absolute legend. She is highly compassionate and always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness.very grateful for all her help and support and wish her nothing but the best:)
Sasha my case worker in Wanneroo branch is kind, very helpful and friendly. She has helped me in many ways and assisted me in all my needs. I highly recommend At Work Australia because it is very useful and helpful in achieving your goals in finding a job. Cheers and A big thank you Sasha!
Sasha is amazing. She has helped me in every way possible and is understanding of the bigger picture. Together we worked out a long term career plan that included enrolling me into various courses so I could up-skill. I am now enrolled into Cert 3 Project Managers course followed by a Diploma course.
I would recommend Sasha in every way and compliment her on working not only to help me with meeting all my obligations but to also understand what it is that I want to achieve so I can move into a new and fulfilling career
You are the best Sasha
I like Atwork Wanneroo, especially Sasha my tutor, she is very kind, helpful every time. Really appreciated for her work passion and kind concern to truely support us. I think I got motivation from her to try my best to develop career again.
Debbie @ DES Wanneroo has been a massive help to me over the years and a positive encouraging Job Coach she has seen me through my years of being a casual employee and finally got me to a point of becoming a potential full time worker at my job and I’m extremely grateful for her services to my working life.
Debbie from atwork is an amazing person, as a disability employment service she never made me feel less than and was always happy and willing to help me whenever I needed her. Even calling her with a silly little question she is there for me. It's been such a huge help having her in my corner
Very happy with the friendly staff at DES Wanneroo and my job coach Debbie. I have almost completed a certificate and looking forward to returning back to the workforce thanks to the support of Debbie
At 60 yrs of age with a work related disability I was battling to find gainful employment until the girls at DES, Debbie and Rachel, swung into action and now Im about to begin a totally new line of work that I did not forsee myself. And it took weeks, not months. Cheers to Deb and Rachel. Jonno.
They’re good, they helped me looking for work and get work clothes before I started, Rachel was my job coach when I found work she was helpful.
The staff at Wanneroo DES, especially Debbie are wonderful. Debbie helped me get a job and have always been there for me whenever I have needed them. I just think you are perfect I could not ask for a better Job Coach Debbie. She is patient, she is courteous and she helps me with my computer all the time.
Debbie Caroline and the team have been fantastic in helping me with job searching, they went above and beyond for me.
Great place to find work the job seek employees are extremely hard working and go the extra mile to find jobs for there clients 100 % will recommend people that want work for them to join with them
Always wasting my time, i get a sms message for my phone appointment for a certain time and yet it always seems to take them hours to call me why say your gonna call at 11 when you would most likely call at 2 or 3 i'm just sick and tired waiting around all day
I'm gonna go to the one up in clarkson i've heard good things about them like how they always call on time, even my job provider up in tasmania they were always calling on time or sometimes a couple minutes late which isn't too bad but calling four or five hours later is just a joke
Got past around through multiple people till eventually ended up with Lauren. Lauren from the DES is amazing! Honestly one of the only understanding people I've been linked with!
I attended AtWork Australia Wanneroo when I needed advice on a career change due to a disability. Lauren was easy to talk to and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend AtWork Wanneroo to anyone with a medical or physical disability trying to enter or re-enter the workforce.
Atwork Australia is great! The people at des are super friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I'm very confident they'll find me a job
During the time I have been a client with atwork and had Nicole as my job coach I have gained confidence, self worth, motivation skills and the tools I needed to enter not only into a certificate 4 tafe course but to also enter back into the workplace. Nicole has been understanding, compassionate and more than willing to help address any issues, fears I had around returning to work and study and I could not thank her enough for the perseverance and professionalism she has shown towards me. The services atwork provide are so very much needed in our community and I am grateful for the opportunity to have them support me on my journey.
I have had to deal with some very difficult circumstances, which have greatly impacted my ability to find or keep employment. Nicole at atWork Australia has been extremely understanding of my circumstances, and has supported me in working towards being able to work again. The concern, understanding and support that Nicole has shown me has played an integral part in helping me to deal with, and move on from, my difficult circumstances. Nicole has also be outstanding in explaining what I need to do to comply with my Job Plan, and has made everything as stress-free as possible. I am very grateful for the service she has provided.
