Attune Hearing Mount Lawley

This is my first time I took my son. They make him very relax and able to show them what ever they tell him to do. Staff are very helpful.

Amazing service. Receptionist was so friendly, accomodating & understanding. The audiologist was amazing with my 3 year old son who initially refused to let her start testing but by the end of it he was happy and calm and we got the results we needed. Thanks again Attune MT Lawley for a great experience in a stressful time.

If you're family and friends keep telling you to get your ears fixed - this should be your first stop. Friendly, professional and friendly staff will have you wondering why it took you so long to get it done. Results are simply awesome.

I had my fourth annual consultation today, 4.4.22, at Attune Hearing in Mt Lawley, W. A.

As always, the service provided by Anita was excellent. Rosie conducted the regular checks and answered all my concerns clearly and fully.

My main concern was that my condition may be worsening, but l was reassured that there have been no changes since last year.

I have cochlear hair (inner ear) damage caused by scripted Keflex antibiotics, so my hearing loss is not altogether related to my age.

This clinic is excellent.

Attune have been taking care of my mum for many years now. They have always been friendly and have a positive attitude. They are pro active and call us to check how we are going and to arrange our next visit. Many times we have had to call and rearrange the appointment, the team are always happy to help and very empathetic to our issues.

I visited Attune for my little toddler to have her hearing tested and on both visits the receptionist and lady who did the tests were super friendly and amazing with my little girl. I highly recommend this place especially if your child is shy of strangers and needs someone good with kids.

A lovely, friendly welcome always. Kath and Kat were fantastic in their clinical ability and understanding. The new staff member, Ian, does not appear to have the people skills and professional mannerisms as in the past.

After my father’s appalling experiences over many years with another audiology clinic my mother didn’t wish to get hearing aids. However, following my father’s death we asked a recommendation from a trusted ENT Specialist (Dr David Hall) who referred us to Attune in Mt Lawley. We have had nothing but amazing customer service from all the staff as they have dealt with various complications/issues & we are all delighted with the outcome. What an improvement to my mother’s quality of life the gift of hearing is, & to ours that we no longer have to bellow down the phone at her to be heard!

I visited both the Joondalup and Mt Lawley Attune Hearing Clinics for a balance/hearing test and could not have been in better hands than with Kathryn Buckley (Kat), the Audiologist. What a delight she was. Not only was Kat very professional, but her friendly and most caring demeanor was much appreciated. I was very impressed by her thoroughness in carrying out the tests; her ability to put me at ease; her feedback and willingness to answer any questions I had during and after the tests, and her detailed and comprehensive written report at the end. First impressions count and it was a pleasure it was to walk through the door at both the Joondalup and Mt. Lawley Attune Clinics and meet Mandy (Joondalup) and Linda (Mt. Lawley). Both ladies were very capable, friendly and warm and made sure I was aware of my appointment and follow up times - nothing was too much trouble for them. I have nothing but good things to say about this organisation and its professionals. From the first contact they were great people to deal with - reminders for bookings the day before, always on time, and went out of their way to fit in with my timelines and schedule.
Being new to hearing aids was a challenging process for many reasons and the audiologists helped tremendously, taking time to explain the biology and mechanics of getting used to these devices.
Their energy and passion for helping people with hearing loss is very evident and reflects in the way they deal with people - they actually care!

Attune are prompt in returning calls, always available, empathetic, thorough and have become a group of Professionals whom I rely on heavily.
