Gareth May and Courtney were very professional and likable. We initially spoke with 3 agents and selected Gareth based on his pricing strategy that was well above the other agents. This proved to be on the money with actual sale coming in above his high range. His fee was slightly higher than the other 2 agents but was well and truly offset by the much higher sale price he achieved. This proved to be a very good investment from us.

After renting with them for years and dealing with Kaye it was awful. Rent inspections had private things gone thru, was picked on for things unrelated to the inspection of the house. Everything was a nightmare from start to finish. Attree need to find kinder property managers.

The whole process from registering to view the property to signing the lease was made simple. Once we had moved in we were able to access Mel the team when required and all inquires were dealt with promptly. I would recommend Attree when considering a property and was sorry we were not able to find a suitable property with them when the lease ended.

It has been a great experience with Attree real estate. We recently bought a house with Atree in Piara waters. Christina from Atree was very friendly and professional.she was prompt in answering messages and emails. She had great knowledge of the property and was very helpful. Settlement went so smoothly. Atree left us a card and box of chocolates and a little pot plant Hurray!
