Atrium Homes

As a complete novice to singing, with no professional singing background and no one in my family with any experience, I had always felt an urge to sing devotional songs. However, I didn't know where to start, whom to approach, or how to begin. With so many questions and no answers, I felt lost.

Fortunately, I discovered the Online Artium platform and my experience so far has been excellent. I went through an initial assessment and was recommended to enroll in the Preparatory Devotional course. This was the best thing that could have happened, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found a great guru/master who introduced me to this new dimension of music with great comfort and skill.

Abhishek Marotkar is that guru/master, and I am immensely grateful to him for holding my hand and guiding me on this beautiful journey. I sincerely appreciate how he has cleared my doubts, explained the basics of music and singing in detail, and answered all my silly questions right from day one. Abhishekji has been instrumental in decreasing my anxiety and providing the motivation and confidence that I can learn music at this age and as a complete novice to this art.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Abhishekji for being there and for his invaluable guidance. I look forward to continuing to explore and unwrap this beautiful dimension of art with him.

Our build journey with Atrium Homes started when Bill drove with us to see their display home. We were stunned by their quality in first visit. We then talked to Daniel for our plan. We changed our plan countless times. For every change, Daniel patiently expressed his comfort smile saying no problem, attentively listened to our new plan which we even didn't know will change again or not.
In construction stages Adam and Vic managed the schedule with excellent communications and issues resolution. Hazel the project administrator promptly responded our requests, variations and always gave us valuable advice on our point of view. They honored their contract and kept promises of every word. We met most of their tradies who have long cooperation with Atrium and all showed their compliments to Atrium Homes. For a company who keeps long term and good relationships with tradies is a win win situation as all parties unanimously dedicate to quality products that the ultimate beneficiaries are the customers.

On the whole, my build journey is awesome and I highly recommend Atrium Homes.

We were recommended to see Atrium Homes to build our next family home and it has been a remarkably satisfying journey. Daniel was patient and attentive to our requirements and through iterations dramatically improved on our vision and delivered a conceptual layout to suit a growing family. He was generous with advice and entertained all our feature options with upfront costings even before the contract was signed. This enabled us to assess their offering compared to other builders and also ensured no nasty surprises at prestart.

During construction, Adam and Vic attentively managed the schedule and quality of the build with frequent communication and proactive issue resolution. I have met most of their trades who have had long association with Atrium Homes, and they all share a common dedication to quality output. Hazel provided valuable admin support and throughout the process, and they accommodated to variations when requested.

Overall, the result far exceeded our expectations and their excellent build quality was validated by my building inspector’s practical completion inspection report containing very few minor cosmetic defects. Based on this experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Atrium Homes to anyone seeking an exceptional home builder.

We'd been looking at designing a custom home with various different builders. From the get go meeting with the sales team at the display home in Iluka to then months of house design changes to come up with our dream custom home plan we found that the customer service and all round dealings are second to none! Beware of this building company, I had many issues with them. They do not follow through with what they say! Customer beware!
