Atrium Buffet reviews
73Great service, food and helpful staff members. Table cleanliness was awesome. Just a pitty seating was a bit tight getting in and out, and you dont have the facility to split bills for a group booking. Other than that. Enjoyed my visit
Incredibly underwhelming, really bland and I’d consider it quite expensive for the sub par options available
Way too busy and lines for days at each end of the buffets, not even soft drinks or tea or coffee was included in the price. Probably won't go back
A large variety of foods Inc. Vegetarian options. Not many gluten free or vegan options if you have dietary requirements. If you're okay with endless champagne surrounded by children and fawning women at baby showers, the high tea is the place for you. A reasonable price for the 2 hours of binge eating surrounded by high strung females plied freely with alcohol and sugar.
Only 3 stars because the server told me she wanted my table back and after looking me up and down recommended I "get a last champagne".
Cake was good.
Great selection of really good food, the only issue is it can be difficult to navigate when the restaurant is full and there are queues of people at different sections. 2hours may not be long enough when fully booked
This buffet has all kinds of food you can eat. The only problem it’s expensive but the experience is worth it ️. If you have a special occasion go to this place you won’t be disappointed
We had mouldy cherry tomatoes and mouldy cooked bacon, and the best they could do to compensate me and my partner was a coffee for free. Very bad management.
Excellent food but i believe they use untrained and unfortunately undisciplined students at reception. I took my parents here to celebrate my fathers birthday. When I came back to make a payment to the entrance the staff appeared to be chatting and I was uncertain where the payment needed to be made as the direction of the reception desk had been turned the other way around, i believe which probably is done so people would not leave without paying. When I came to the front of the reception desk and walked to the end of it as I was uncertain where the payment needed to be made the girl and guy (an indian guy and a girl who looked asian) shouted rather loudly at me saying "where are you going sir", as if to imply I was trying to walk away without payment. I suppose as students, this probably is the only time they get to go on a power trip with people who are much older and accomplished than themselves so understandable to a point, I, a professional in my own right felt extremely humiliated at this point for if they had been doing their jobs it would have been clear to them that I was approaching the table to make a payment while my elderly parents were still at the dining area. What did they think i was doing, leaving my elderly parents to foot the bill? The way this was handled was awful, ruined our evening unnecessarily and created unpleasantness. There was absolutely no necessity for such behavior. This happened towards the latter part of last year but has remained in my mind as a very unpleasant experience. Just bad energy as a result of bad management. Do not recommend.
The food is great.
The main reason for my average score was because of their male toilets that I saw were absolutely disgusting after what I could only make up as vomit trailing from one of the cubicles across the toilets floors.
That could have been excused, what made it worse was that after making a house keeping complaint, I used the toilets 45mintutes later and the vomit was NOT only attend to but worsened as patrons I could only assume had mistakenly walked into this rotten like, appalling stench. This was spread further across the bathroom and immediately upset my appetite.
This experience was absolutely dissapointing considering that I had expected a better service given the amount I had paid on Father's Day 2021.
For what it is I guess it's ok, not worth the money in my honest opinion, alot better buffets in Crown.
Food was pretty average and tasteless, very dimly lit.
Loved the breakfast however some simple things like having sugar and salt shakers that work on the tables would be useful.
Over brewed tea, of which you were poured a half of a small cup, was terrible.
The food was delicious but some things would go quicker then others and you had to wait for them to put more out or they just ran out. It is still quite overpriced really for what you get. The seafood options were good, but they could add others particularly the oysters, for those who don't eat fresh oysters on their own. Overall service was quick, restaurant clean and the food was hot. Will go back again.
Decent array of food, was extremely busy (Sat 5: 30 sitting) dessert bar was disappointing, no plates at the station, mostly lollies and small dinky cakes rather than actual desserts. Apple crumble was flavourless. Despite being in bain-maries under heatlamps, none of the hot savoury food was dry or overcooked so that was great. I didnt even make it to the noodle Bar, roast or salad sections. Nice to go to once but not on par with other casino buffets I've had over east.
Went to there for a friend's wedding. Quite similar to Epicurean, but with more Asian food options. The dessert was as good and the staffs were really quick cleaning our plates. It was a busy lunchtime on Saturday, but the que was alright.
Wonderful selection of cuisine. Arrived late but all display station were full and topped up. Great customer service
Food was fabulous desert even better great feast for the family especially enjoyed the efficient friendly waiter Aidan thanks for taking care of us throughout the night very pleased
The Atrium Buffet, if you like your food and in particular international breakfast cuisine, this is the place.
Too crowded in weekend 8pm,
Not amazing food to surprise, 2 hours time is not enough to wait in 2. Queue for food and deserts.
Not worth for cost,
As a business/social function we were expecting to be seated across one, maybe two, tables. Instead our group of 30 was spread across four separate tables. At no point during the booking process was it communicated to us that we would not be able to sit together, if it had been we would have looked elsewhere. You have a large dining room, a table with 15 seated per side would not have been difficult to achieve. Or worst case two tables with 8 per side.
The drinks service was absolutely disgraceful. One member of our party waited 50 minutes for a bottle of wine to arrive, having had to request it no less than three times and being fobbed off by your waitstaff at each occasion (while observing the same staff serving bottles of wine to other nearby tables). Other members of the party had to chase down wait staff in order to get a drinks order placed. We had to source water for the tables ourselves, in spite of having requested it from the waitstaff multiple times
We had to clear empty plates ourselves
The food was, simply, revolting. The only redeeming quality was the quantity, none of the cuisine was actually of a standard where one would accept it as an a la carte dish
We were reminded no less than 3 times by your waitstaff that they required the tables back at 7: 30 sharp. They seemed a lot more concerned with getting us out of the way for the next seating than they did with filling drinks orders or clearing the plates. One reminder would have been sufficient. We responded clearly each time that we understood the time limit, there was no reason to return to pester us further
Great service. The food u see in them website most of them is not available. U have to buy own drink and the price $65 per person no coffee no Phise drink no juice very funny.this is my first time to last time.next time I will give this money to charity is better To go fake food place like atrium Perth restaurant put fake food in meune none available there.
