Atlas Dry Cleaners

Appalling service, DO NOT USE! I dropped off a coat to be dry cleaned at a collection point, the staff member there warned that sending the belt would be risky as others have had theirs lost. I felt it was worth it as I needed it cleaned and the belt was mentioned in capitals clearly on the docket. Only the coat returned and when I followed up with them I gave them the docket number and they said they’d call me back, of course they failed to do so. On following up they said they didn’t know what happened, the belt is gone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Took my alpaca duvet in for dry cleaning, first they told me it would be ready on Friday, went in on Friday and they said it wasn’t ready and to come back the following Tuesday. Went back on Tuesday and they gave me a bag only for me to return home and find out it wasn’t my duvet. Rang and had to go back on Wednesday for them to tell me they cannot find my quilt. They offered to compensate half of the cost of my duvet which is only 3 years old. So now I am out of pocket having to buy a new one. I even had to negotiate the cleaning fee I paid as she didn’t want to refund me the cleaning fee I paid for someone else’s item. Find a dry cleaner that wouldn’t lose your items.

I have a red wine stain on my shirt. I had it dry-cleaned last year.haven't worn it since I got it back and never took it out from wardrobe.
I didn't realize there was a big yellow mark on my shirt until I took it out yesterday. Same place I had wine stain but a lot bigger. I believe the shirt was white after dry cleaned. I think the reason for this is because they used some special chemicals to remove the stain but this will damage the cloth and leave a mark.but can not see anything at that moment, the mark and damage will appear later. So be careful if you have a light color item and need them to remove a stain for you.

I was thrilled with the service provided by Atlas dry cleaners. My wedding dress was covered with stains, including dirt/grass stains all over the train. Atlas managed to remove all the stains and return my dress to its former glory! Can't recommend them enough! Don't rush the process, expect to wait a few weeks for the service, perfection takes time and its worth it!

Just collected my Akubra from dry cleaning which they claim to specialise in. Hat is destroyed. Looks like a dogs blanket. But they kindly still charged me the fee

I highly recommend Atlas Dry Cleaners. They came and picked up my wedding dress, gave me a quote on cleaning it, then after they did it they delivered it back to me.
They have done an outstanding job and got a lot of stains removed from it. It smells and feels clean. I got married 10 years ago and never got around to getting my dress cleaned so I'm very happy with how it turned out and it was boxed for safe keeping.

I gave them 3 weeks to clean my wedding dress. Having no news more than 5 weeks later, I went to pick up my dress but they told me it wasn't ready! Still waiting to get my dress back now and hoping it will be well looked after. Very disappointing.

Just went in to get my wedding dress dry cleaned. They wanted $370 for the dress and it would take 4 weeks. Wow! I grabbed my dress and left. I knew it would be expensive but not that expensive. Definitely taking advantage of brides.
