I feel very comfortable here, my stylist Kristie is lovely, professional and really listens to what you ask for and is always smiling Always sparkly clean, all staff friendly and make the atmosphere lovely.

Walked in and was lucky someone had a free spot. The hair wash was amazing, but the shampoo smell has stayed on my hair after two washes, I wouldn't mind if it was a scent I preferred. The cut was good and what I asked for, if a bit short.

I have been a client for a great number of years. The staff are very friendly, professional and my personal hairdresser Anna know exactly how I like my hair cut and styled. Well fine Astone

Way to overpriced been two weeks and highlights have already faded and spent a lot of money and felt ripped off, definitely not coming here again!

I have been a client of Astone for almost 10 years! Not only is the service and professionals ALWAYS, ALWAYS top notch the staff are just faultless, very friendly, personable and bring a family vibe, which I think extends down from the Husband & Wife team that run the show. I personally can guarantee you will leave there feeling relaxed and your hair of the highest of standards. I thoroughly enjoy my time there so much that I actually now go weekly for a wash, blow dry and just to catch up with everyone. The salon is always clean and organised, all staff are excellent so you can rest assured no matter who is looking after you, you are in good hands. Any Salon can just do hair but it takes a real salon run by genuine, caring people to make you feel so comfortable and welcome - it’s quite surreal!

Sadly the stylist didn’t know what she was doing. Originally I wanted balayage and the first try it was basically just grey highlights because it was over toned. The second try looked horrendous and uneven. I saw her taking larger and uneven sections while processing my hair which is most likely why it turned out so uneven in colour. It wasn’t until I got home I saw it wasn’t even blended. When I told the stylist and owner I didn’t like it they kept arguing with me that it looked good and that it wasn’t even. I had blonde spots, yellow spots, brown patches and harsh lines.
I could hear the panic in the stylists voice because she knew she messed up but she basically tried to blame my virgin hair. She was kind, but sadly she should not be allowed to do balayage.

My hair was virgin and it took me 3 years to grow out.
Their excuse was that virgin hair doesn’t lift evenly but was never told before we started, which would have altered my decision to touch my hair in the first place. I’ve been told by many stylists that virgin hair should generally lift very well and evenly.

After saying I didn’t like it, I was stared at by every employee and ended up paying and rushing to the public toilets to cry my eyes out.
It cost me $400 to fix at a different salon as well as 6 hours and 2 stylists.
I was refunded but that’s a given seeing as they botched my hair. I didn’t leave the house until I was able to fix it because it was so horrendous.

The photos below are the pictures my stylist took 2 days after I originally got it done. She even got a mirror at the back of my head to show me the harsh lines. Mane republic Joondalup fixed it for me

I have been to Astone 3 times now and every time I walk out in love with my hair! Special mention to Rochelle, Julie and Emma for being so lovely and always making sure my hair looks amazing, couldn’t ask for a better experience and result! Would definitely recommend Astone to everyone, thanks Ladies for keeping me looking fabulous! Can’t wait for my next appointment

I’ve been going to Astone for Hair for over a year now and i have an amazing experience (and hair) every time.
The ladies here are so lovely! They ask you what you want, the say what they think would be best and I trust them they let you know what they’re doing during the process which I love and you leave feeling gorgeous! My hair has also never been healthier and that’s thanks to the amazing and talented hair stylists?

Had an amazing stylist who did the best with my hair considering how dark it was happy with outcome pricing was expensive and was advised they would only do my hair if I brought a Kerastase 3 step for my hair felt pressured to buy it but will definitely go back to see what else they can do to my hair as long as pricing is decent A+

I have tried many "barber shops" but nothing compares to the service i recieve at Astone. Friendly Staff and always willing to put in the time to get the best result and make sure i am happy. Everything from start to finish including the amazing head massages is an experience more than just a hair cut. You won't be dissapointed.

Been coming here over 10 years because they have always done amazing job on my hair and even fixed up other hairdresser mistakes and made my hair look and feel incredibly healthy and vibrant.
I feel like a super model every time i walk out that salon

I absolutely love visiting this salon and everyone that works there. They always make me feel very welcome and always do a very very good job. They are on time and have me in and out in good timing, while enjoying a nice cup of coffee and biscuits. I look forward to my appointment every month. Thankyou Astone for always looking after me.

Kristy and the team from "Astone For Hair" are amazing! The moment you walk in you feel welcomed, they are all incredibly talented, you get warm blankets for comfort at the wash basins AND the best tea and biscuits served

Had an amazing experience here with Jen the other day! After trying to find a hairdresser for years with almost always having a bad experience, I am glad I have finally found a hairdresser I can go to and feel like I am in good hands. Jen changed my hair dramatically in one session to a beautiful blonde, keeping it healthy at the same time. I had people tell me my hair "couldn't hold" blonde and for years trying thinking it would never work, it finally did. Thank you so much Jen x Definitely will be back in a few months for a touch up!
