I would highly recommend Ascent Air for sure. Spoke with Shane yesterday and I found him to be real and honest, very down to earth type of guy and from my experience dealing with this personality, I just know that his workmanship would be attention to detail, making sure all his customers are happy.
They did an unprofessional job for one of my mates. The installer cut a batten to accommodate the ducts of the air conditioner system.
The ceiling collapsed a few days after. Ascent Air didn't accept the responsibility and my friend is $20,000 out of his pocket.
Awful service. Horrible workmanship.unexperienced staff. Don't deal with them. I wish there was no star to give. Have a look to our house to see how they damaged the ceiling during the installation. We’ve lost $20000 to fix it.
