Samantha did my blow drying today and did a very good job, she gave me few options to start but I was in a hurry. Keep up the good work! Will come back for sure, just one feedback the towels you guys are using are worn out it needs to be changed

I got my haircut from Liv and she listened to what I wanted and was happy to do extra when I asked. Definitely will be back. Loved this place.

Kirsty was great - very happy with the end product. Came in with a botched haircut and colour from a different salon, and kirsty managed to fix it to what I wanted and gave great tips on how to style short hair

I went in looking quite bedraggled and came out with a lovely fresh ‘do’ for my Friday evening out. I also had a great colour consultation and the best scalp massage I’ve had in ages. Thx ladies.

Called up on Saturday morning and managed to squeeze me in was greeted with a warm welcome and was served by lovely staff.great results very happy with service indeed

Cara was very friendly and very helpful. Offered some great advice to a person who knows nothing about hair. Also very easy to talk to, even for a non-talker like me. I also thought it was cute how the hairdressers were colour coded.

My daughter has been telling me for a long time about the great reviews that Collective Hair and Beauty have online.and what better proof is there than a high number of happy past customers! We live locally and always go past the salon, so I decided to take the plunge (nobody likes changing hairdressers!) and give it a try! And I have to say that they definitely lived up to their glowing reviews!

When I arrived, there was a gentleman having his cut finished.and I immediately thought that was a promising sign considering there is a very good barber shop literally across from Collective!

The salon itself is well designed and decorated and creates a welcoming feel and all the staff I came into contact with were very happy and friendly! Cara, who did my hair, was thoroughly professional and we enjoyed a lovely conversation. She matched my hair colour perfectly (perhaps even a little better!), cut it just as I like and I was very happy with the end result.as was my daughter! She was right. I should have gone to Collective a long time ago!

I did my hair colouring at Collective Hair & Beauty. Their customer service was 10/10, super friendly and always check whether you’re feeling comfortable.

I will definitely go back to colour my hair again or try out their other services.

A friend and I visited your salon for a wash and blowdry from Montana.one of your apprentices. Montana was a little unsure and her service was a little slow but she did do a great job. We were both impressed with our hair. Montana probably needs to work on her conversation as well but overall it was a great service. We would be happy to be models again when and if needed. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating and the general vibe in the salon was great

Absolutely so impressed with this local gem I have found. Not only do you feel like you have escaped and gone to Bali, but the staff are so professional, the can do bubbly approach and never have I had a blowave and curl in record time - ready to walk out and hit a business meeting with confidence and style. I will be a regular here - love it xxx

I had my make done their for collage ball. I Love my make up so much and got a lot comment on it. They did a really Amazing job and for a good Price.

This is probably the best hair saloon that I have ever visited in Perth! Everything was perfect, and top notch service from Amee and the team makes the experience remarkable Great value too! The team were awesome. Got me in at short notice to cut and bleach my hair for an event. Great to chat to and definately know what they're doing!

I was greeted by the owner upon arrival who was very friendly. Emma (hairdresser) was very professional and lovely. I received a blowdry and treatment. My hair smells and feels amazing.

Fabulous haircut and colour today by the gorgeous Mollie! She was warm and welcoming as well as being so lovely and very thorough with my haircut and blowwave. I would thoroughly recommend her as a Stylist. Great experience.

Originally I asked for balayage & was talked out of it.
Thats on me because I should have insisted that was what I wanted.
However even though the technique was not what I wanted neither was the colour.
After a photo was taken of me at my daughters party I realised how awful it looked & how unhappy with it I was.
So instead of living with it for the next 6-8 weeks which is what I had initially intended, I called & asked them to fix it which they did try to do.
But they also charged me more money.
Apparently I was a few days over the fix it for free cut off date.
So now I have double processed hair & heavy colour which is the opposite of what I wanted plus I got to pay twice.
If they had not charged me to fix what they didn't get right the 1st time I would have gone back & tried again as the girls are very nice & I never would have written this review. Food for thought management.
