Hi I'm just like to share my experience with artin toys I was dealing with Ali I purchased a electric quad for my 7 year old son so much better than the petrol 1 with 3 speed option I had to take it back because it wasn't charging he checked it out and it was the battery charger then he delivered back to me really happy with their service this is why I'm giving them 5 stars thank you Ali

I purchased a kids electric hilux. From (artin toys).
Their warranty terms and conditions is disgusting. They give you 24hrs to contact them in which to rase an issue with the product and here’s the kicker if there is anything broken or incorrectly manufactured. YOU as a customer have to pay for the return of their product, so pay for postage back to them, to rectify THEIR mistake
Everyone needs to be aware of this company when buying a toy, i’ld go as far as to say to AVOID them.
I Definitely wish I had done my research before hand, from their prices being extremely high for silly solly’s $2 made toys. They buy rubbish from a supplier and charge the consumer a extremely high rate for it plus the postage is ridiculous @ $400. Their customer service when dealing with an item that is broken or defective due to their negligence is down right DISGUSTING.when talking to the own he constantly cuts you off, talks over the top of you and does not want to own responsibility for their mistakes.
He only cares about his money … honestly from my experience with the owner of (artin toys) I myself, friends and family will NOT be purchasing anything through them again.

Just finished dealing with these gentlemen at Osborne Park. Absolutely awesome, friendly and polite service and assistance. Probably the best I've experienced for a very long time. Advice and help at time of purchase was great and some weeks later (today) I was assembling the car and rang them a few times for advice.nothing was too much trouble and all sorted over phone. We bought a 48v quad for my 10 year old son from Artin Toys. Let me say that these guys are amazing. Even though the shop was pretty crowded, the staff explained everything to us. This has been the best Christmas gift ever. We highly recommend them.

He was very outgoing and cool while we took long time to decide what to purchase and he gave valuable suggestions too.
We are buying cars from Artin toys from last 4 years and never had any issues.
Whenever there is any issue, they used to help with a smile. First car we bought from them was Ford ranger, got few issues but repaired by them and my husband as well.
Unfortunately we bought blue buggy now but red was more attractive
Recommend them for buying electronic toys for kids. They have quad bike for teenagers or adults.

Hi the cars are cheap and break easy battery lasted 3 months and they told me warranty is only 3 months, which is incorrect Australia law states all products have 12 months, They are all nice when your buying but when you have trouble not so nice! Avoid
