The guys at ARROW computers in Osborne Park are consistently helpful, professional, expert and honest. Our family have been using their services for several years and they always do a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

Plenty of good advice despite not having stock of what I was looking for. I didn’t buy but thank you for your time.

You need to keep your holiday hours upto date. It's really annoying when someone comes to the store when it's listed as open but is closed

Gave me a not working graphic card, went back and exchange, gave me a used graphic card with something wrong, and refuse to return and refund only purchased 6 days, waste people time, waste money, they will sell you a faulty product

Early May 2021 Rahul ran some hardware checks (not sure what they all were), within 24hrs of drop off, so that was good (2 stars now 3 stars) and I was verbally advised no issues. A written report would cost me $$. Rahul suggests its a Windows 10 update issue. My neighbor has also been having Win10 issues on 2 pc's with BSOD (Blue screen of death via Windows) so seems logical.
It would just be nice to have some hardware report before formatting the HDD and reinstalling Windows 10. I think Arrow quoted $150 - $200 to do it.
Final rating ***

13/4/21 The computer has performed well for 11 months but is now suffering possible reliability issues (BSOD) so it is back to the store soon to see if they can resolve them and to see if it is a warranty claim.

20/5/20 After having done lots of reading to try and understand computers a bit more before buying a replacement I thought I was well enough informed to buy one. I decided on a tower in the belief of getting more performance for my money as compared to a laptop or mini tower or small form factor machine. I decided to go with an Intel I5 motherboard which was a step up from the I3 we had previously (a prebuilt from Harris Technology- now online only) but I also chose an Arrow prebuilt in the hope of getting better value by not paying for a "branded product" (HP, Lenovo, etc.) On the Arrow website branded machines have all their detailed specifications for all of their components so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. (Reading of reviews helps build your understanding of the industries comparisons of products on a side by side detailed analysis). Unfortunately the Arrow prebuilt machines have quite limited information (i.e. 256 SSD - but not brand or specs or 2TB HDD - but no brand or specs, 8GB Ram but no brand or specs). I believe this helps with substituting lower quality parts which can help with increased profit margins but possibly also a lower value product but not a lower value price. Admittedly there is a supply issue at the moment (limited parts availability and increased pricing if my research is accurate) in the midst of the corona virus pandemic, which for the consumer, makes substitution an even more likely possibility as quality brands run out of stock. So my error was not asking what the specifications of the SSD, RAM and HDD were prior to buying the machine.
Rahul (Sales Manager) is a softly spoken person who to me gives the impression of not having much time.
After buying the machine and discovering the quality of the HDD, RAM and SSD (then doing more research at home) I thought it was not the product for me (cost v's quality v's performance), so having not even unpacked the machine I took it back the next day (after having rung the store) to seek a refund. Between the staff they played the good cop, bad cop routine and advised they would not offer a full refund, but their first offer was, they could take it back with a 20% restocking fee ($239.80 loss to me). After considerable discussion they offered a 5% reduction in the invoice and a 15% restocking fee ($170.86 loss to me).
As previously noted by others there are over 6 "Refund Policy" posters in the store, but none on top of the counter were they take your payment. Whilst this may be too communicate clearly with customers it may also indicate that this is not the first time (see other reviews) they have taken this approach.
My suggestion is know exactly what you are to be provided in the components of the machine, ask for them to be listed in detail on the invoice, know what the manufacturer offers as a warranty on the components and ask lots of questions and keep lots of notes if you choose to shop at this store or any Arrow store for that matter.
For me I have had to kept the machine and hope I don't have to claim against my 12 month warranty as I would ideally not like to return to the store if it can be helped, but if I do I will post a review again. I hope this helps consumers researching the Arrow Computers brand as a possible solution to their computer needs. Cheers.

I visited the store in Osborne Park on Saturday, 15th May 2021 to get a quote for a new PC build. The gentleman in the store asked me to visit the website to look up components and prices, instead.
I visited the store in-person expecting personalized service. I was a tad disappointed when I was asked to visit the website.

Moreover, the website isn't particularly user friendly, and DID NOT provide the information that I was told I would get. (Screen shot attached).

Such a disappointing experience dealing with you, Arrow Computers.

Rude, dismissive staff. Went it to get my computer repaired that I bought from here and the guy couldn't even give an estimate for how long it'll take or how many jobs they had in queue or how much it costs. Told me Im wasting his time and to either leave the pc here for some unknown length of time or go find somewhere else

Just bought a new laptop from here - service from Rahul was excellent.
He offered an alternative laptop to the one I'd picked out just to see which I preferred. Also the price was much lower than the 'big boys' on the high street.
For a small business these guys are definitely worth a look and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to buy a new PC or peripheral item.

Arrived at this great organisation, Arrow Computers, Osborne Park with a very sick computer.
Rahul greeted me and provided very good customer service by using his skills and explaining what the computer issues were. He was very patient and went to great lengths to solve my problems and suggested the best plan of attack, using his skills and explaining what my family could do to set up the new computer.

I have been a customer of Arrow for many years. This is the 3rd computer I have purchased from Arrow and it was the previous service in Morley and Osborne Park that brought me here today.

I have not been disappointed. Rahul, you are a very helpful and knowledgeable operator and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Regular customer. Bought laptops here in 2017 and around 2013 0r 12. The laptop I purchased in 2017 had problems pertaining to the hard drive which I took in to be looked at and serviced. No problem there. In fact service was pretty fast.

My gripe is how the laptop was returned to me. The top was full of scratches. A lot of scratches. I left it in their care with not one. I take care of it. They're not cheap.

I've never had a problem before but now the idea of dealing with them again has me completely soured. I've enclosed some pictures.

I had the audacity to interrupt the staff while they were busy doing something else, obviously more important. Wanted advice, was given a browser to look up the answers myself. I just needed the part on that day, so decided to overlook the rudeness and buy the part anyway. Was given the wrong part, which I fortunately realised before buying. Expensive, too. Will not shop there again. Too bad, because the choice is quite OK.

No refunds for change of mind. (Not told this in store)
Not able to order in a specific item even though they stock the brand. Apparently best service but seems pretty average to me.

Always brilliant. We have shopped at Arrow Computers for 20 years. They have provided great service and support for any computer issues. Their prices have been very competitive. We have purchased a number of computers and accessories over the years and all have been outstanding.

Was told my computer was not worth repairing. Has been running fine. Cost me $50. Do not trust.
