I understand appointments are not always on time but still everyone value their time.

The customer who rocks up for the appointment made on time and is being held in waiting room because of the previous patient for 30 minutes is not good enough.

I had to rearrange my schedule and call my work and that’s not ideal or fun.

And upon asking the front desk how long will it be for the appointment to finish they have no clue. The attitude should be left at home and maybe check how long will it be?

They should have maybe 15 or 20 minutes intervals in between two appointments. If patient runs late at least it’s not that bad.

If someone books an appointment to see a doctor they plan their schedule around the appointment.

I’ve been a patient my whole life, through ups and downs, my terrible behaviour as a teen & my presence once a week at times. The ladies are so lovely & always so welcoming. They’ve always helped me out when I’ve needed it. They’re amazing. My Doctor is also amazing; Especially for putting up with me for so long I honestly can’t say a bad word about this place.

I had my second covid booster on Wednesday 13th with Dr. Gibson who was kind and compassionate. I rang on Friday to say my Medicare vaccine history had not been updated and was told a couple of days. One week later, still nothing. Not good enough.

I have been going here since I was a child (back in the old building, across the road) and have always received friendly, helpful, well informed doctoring.

Highly recommended.

Had a 28 week appointment with Dr Philpott today (who by the way is ever so lovely) however my 1 star review pertains to the receptionist with maroon coloured hair.
After waiting at the desk for 6 minutes I didn't get a "sorry for the wait" or a "high, how are you", no, instead I was yelled at with a WHERES YOUR MASK. Embarrassing to say the least when heads start to turn and you get stared down for being a lepar.
After explaining I had spoken to Trish on the phone she snatched my medical note off me, not even a word was spoken until she told me to "sit over there".
Wow, Mrs Trunchbull, what a way to make a pregnant lady feel welcome to the practice. A smile goes a long way you misery guts.

Awesome practice of medical professionals. They are highly professional, very caring and quite knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend Armitage highly enough. DR Kate keep up the great work.

Dr Richard Gibson has been my doctor for near 10 yrs know incredible person, very professional doctor. Very thorough goes to the moon and back for his patients. You wood be lucky to find a more professional doctor and all round great bloke. Thankyou for all your help and support. Great reception staff Pat, Mary Anne Trish and Chrissy very caring people all the girls at reception and all the nurses out back and of course the great team of doctors always go above and beyond to help there patients. Dr Gibson is amazing - so easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to care for you. He is also not afraid to encourage me to make the tough, but right, choices.

Dr Gibson has been my doctor for a year at Armitage road medical center.
I have been to many GPs but Dr Gibson is one of the best. He always want to find the underlying issue and take the time to actually listen to my issues rather then rush.

Dr Kate Lambert in particular is such a thorough doctor who is very particular and listens. Without fail she always makes sure my children and i are so well treated and looked after.

Even if my regular Dr is on annual leave they’ll make sure someone follows up. If you’re a woman looking for piece of mind and personal service this is the place. All doctors female or male are excellent.
My adult sons go here too.

Its only from the doctors due diligence that some of my serious medical issues have been detected.

An excellent practice with lovely customer service. Dr Alison Philpott is very friendly as well as being incredibly thorough. If you’re needing a great women’s health Dr then definitely see Dr Philpott. I can’t recommend her more highly
