The ramen is now $16! How expensive!
anyway i gave the girl working a fifty dollar note and a dollar coin ($51 in case you don’t know math either) so she can give me $35 all in notes back.now i’m confused because she said “i’ll give you the change” and gave me back the dollar and keyed in only my fifty note and now i have five coins in my purse instead of a single note… i am just confused like why? Why did she do that? Like it’s not the worst thing someone could do but i’m just shocked like huh? What is the reason?

Terrible. I ordered bibimbap which is normally freshly prepared at other places. Unless they have changed. Got given a bowl from Bain Marie. Asked for one to be cooked fresh for me. Got given another one they freshly prepared from the same place. Not the kitchen. Egg cooked through. No Kim chi. Teaspoon of each ingredient. Thought many ingredients missing. Complained and they topped it up slightly. Not sure if this is the new standard or just a poor franchise. I can do better myself at home.

Bought a takeaway bibimbup to have for later in the day. When it was time to eat it for dinner, I discovered only beef, rice, noodles and some lettuce. Nothing else. Absolutely disappointed! Paid full price and didn’t even get half the ingredients it was advertised to include. Wont be returning again!

First time Korean meal. Spicy and quite nice. Disappointed that no tofu available for my choice but kimchi was fine.

Not good at all, it was bad, NOW IT is worse. Had a spicy beef soup, old and small portion of smelly beef with plenty MSG soup. Please save your money. Better eat a pack of Korean noodles

Terrible. Wonder if ownership has changed. Ramen used to be served properly in a metal bowl with proper looking ingredients. What's served now is shocking. In a PLASTIC bowl which is of cheap quality can't carry them bowl of hot soup without it warping and threatening to spill. Plus a FLAT Wooden spoon impossible to drink soup from. Either pick up on your standard or wrap up.

First time having Arirang today and ordered the 'Spicy Honey Chicken Bibimbap' and 'SeollengTang' in store. Bibimbap/broth was tasteless and bland, the meat was cold and tasteless too. Poor customer service and also refused a refund or replacement on the food provided and stated "this is how Korean food tastes". Disappointing that someone can willingly disparage Korean food. We were also unable to eat the food and threw 99% of it out. Cannot recommend this place and I personally will not return.

Never again service was too long waited 20-25 mins for a spicy jumbong noodles which consisted of the following
1 prawn
1 half NZ shell mussel
1 tiny octopus
2 sml squids
3 sml meat mussels with a whole lot of noodles spring onions and I waited that long and it cost $15.50 Definately won't be coming bk for sweet fk all seafood

Really tasty! Good pricing. The staff were really friendly, and accommodating for vegan options.

Bibimbap hotpot was average at best hardly any vegetables one slice much room. This use to be my favourite meal here buy after today I will not me back very poor quality

I can hardly see the mushrooms and no bean sprouts at all for my Kimchi & Tofu Bibimbap, but lots of onions. Very disappointed!

Not enough meal in bowl which i order $15.50 a meal suprised its small meal in bowl. I used buying it last year it was so large and lots of seafood in but now small and less seafood.will not going to order it again.

Very disappointed.food doesnt taste the same! I just returned to work and I went to order last week Saturday and sunday. Yukgaejang was too salty next day it has no taste! My workmates dont go here much anymore after they change the chef the udon and yukgaejang dont taste nice. Now we need to ask cashier who is the chef before we eat!

Has changed small serve for the price.plus lower quality food not for me anymore look elsewhere

I love the food the kitchen cooks. Especially the spicy beef soup and stir fried jjambong! The spiciness is just right. I keep visiting this branch because the food tastes better than their other branches. Keep it up, Arirang Carousel!

The restaurant is good. But the food is too small and too expensive. The food has changed. We do not go here as much anymore.

I wouldn't expect an authentic Korean food when made the order, but at least hoping for slight Korean food taste. Unfortunately the Manduguk was terrible. It was a bowl of MSG soup with frozen dumplings. So salty & I couldn't finish my meal. The picture shown on the menu is Korean dumplings (just like what we had in Korea) but what I got today was totally nothing similiar to the picture except the spring onion & egg drops. The original bibimbap was served on the plastic bowl eventhough we said "dine in". Food quality totally gone down a lot

I 'm not a Korean but I have been to many Korean restaurants. I think the Arirang in Carousel food court is very disappointing. The Jjamppong is leaking the stir fly taste, and the soup base taste like "seafood party" instant noodles. The yukgaejang used to be tasty but not anymore: (

Seafood meal was great, had lots of oysters and octopus; noodles were fresh. Asked for extra chili, it was refreshingly spicy and 15$ for a bowl I barely managed to finish.

Good food, but inconsistent opening hours and very poor staff attitudes.
Called to check they would open till 5: 30, rocked up at 5: 05 and they were closed!
