Arena Joondalup Physiotherapy

Appointment ran a few minutes late, but that wasn't an issue. Mark was fantastic with my 13 year old son, who had come in with a sore neck. Mark explained everything that he was doing, and at one point I actually thought my son was about to fall asleep! Great and friendly practise, we have a return appointment but for any Physio needs this is going to be my go to place.

10/10 Peter is absolutely lovely helping me with my problem with a smile. All staff are lovely and the place looks awesome aesthetically. A must go place for anyone in need

After falling down the stairs last year and receiving some complacent treatment from another practice, I approached Gavin and the amazing team at Arena.
What happened next was life changing. He didn’t accept unanswered questions and found a solution. I was sent to a specialist straight away, received treatment and followed through with rehab.
I cannot fault the front desk ladies or any physiotherapist at Arena. Incredible service, compassion, consistency and conversation. I’m beyond grateful for them changing my life for the better. Thank you isn’t even enough.

Just wanted to say it was a great and friendly experience that I ironically enjoyed going to the physio even though I am injured. Will recommend for sure.

The Physio staff at Arena are great with dealing with rehab or sporting injuries. Great knowledge relating to different sports. Our experience with an AFL injury was handled with a detailed and professional approach.

The physical facility is excellent and the staff very courteous and professional. I have availed myself to both physiotherapy and podiatry services and can attest to the high quality of treatment and care provided.

Tiffany was amazing, very knowledgeable and caring. All staff friendly and considerate of your needs.

Superb service and treatment at this physio. Gavin was helping me with recovery and strengthening after a medial meniscus tear. I was keen to avoid surgery if possible and he set me on a rehabilitation programme that has left me extremely pleased with the results. Having 'graduated' treatment last week (3 months later,) I know how to continue to build my mobility and strength. Gavin is a superb practitioner, explaining everything clearly along the journey. He is friendly and professional, along with the very pleasant and helpful reception staff, and I highly recommend Arena Joondalup for quality physio treatment.

Not happy with the fact that they were already trying to get me to come to more appointments before the Physio had even diagnosed me. Good diagnosis and service though, but not happy with this commercial approach.

Took my daughter few times in 2018 due to ankle injury. Very generous and caring staffs. When my daughter's tape needed to be replaced, the staff did it easily with no fuss. Again, this year, my daughter has the same issue; the staff treated her well and even gave her a tera band to strengthen her foot.

So far, we've been assisted with Rhys Murrays, Peta, Nathan, Jennifer and Gavin. All are very good. When someone replaces another, the next person knows the case.

Today (21/11/2019), I should take my daughter again after her elbow got swollen after it was hit by a basket ball. Peta even guided us where to go the quickest way to get the xray and the GP. Thank you again.

Amazing service! Suffered from severe neck pain and headaches and treatment with Tiffany was the only thing that helped me and got me back to normal. Will definitely keep returning for future appointments!

Excellent service. I suffered from a dislocated knee cap and torn meniscus. My treatment with Gavin and the team at Arena Physiotherapy has me well on the way to recovery. Easy to find, great location and plenty of parking.

Excellent service and friendly staff who go the extra mile to help their patients. Very spacious and clean rooms. Peta is wonderful and really helps my daughter, it's not just a case of having the appointment and then forgetting about your progress until the next session, Peta actively encourages the patient to continue the treatment at home. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great Physio clinic. I have been going to Arena for years. Would recommend the team, they are very professional and knowledgeable, especially Peta.

I saw Physiotherapist Peta today at Arena Joondalup Physiotherapy. She is a really nice lady & very good at her job! She explains everything to you & is so friendly, she makes you feel comfortable & at ease! I highly recommend Peta & Arena Joondalup Physiotherapy! Both receptionist's were very friendly & helpful too!)

I baulked at submitting my email address in the official information that I had to fill out. I was assured by the receptionist that it would only be used to keep in touch for the appointments I needed to attend. I should of known better! Spam comes via Arena Joondalup Physiotherapy, updates, special offers etc. I have unsubscribed twice now. Let's see how that goes. Never again will I give my email address to a business. Changed physios, to a company that will respect my privacy.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They have been a great help with managing my rehabilitation. Would highly recommend them.

My whole family comes here and I have started coming here to the guys are so professional and I see Nathan who always does a great job of getting me back on my feet
