Receptionists are incredibly rude, no one ever answers the phone and have no consideration for your time

My experience with Infocus Counselling at Arche Health has been wonderful.

I have a range of mental illnesses (depression, anxiety, adhd, c-ptsd) and feel so welcomed and comfortable.

I feel accommodated for my memory problems as I get SMS reminders of my upcoming appointment 2 days before, and a call the day before if I didn't answer the SMS.

I honestly look forward to going to my psych appointments even when I'm having a bad depressive episode.
Can't recommend them enough.

My husband was referred to this service. In focus counseling were most UNPROFESSIONAL, do not return phone calls, and quite rude.

Please do yourself a favour and find an alternative counseling service, extremely disappointing.

My partner waited weeks for an appointment, took time off work to attend, when he got there they claimed they had rearranged it. Didn't recieve a phone call email, anything even though they had his details. Emailed about it and the manager Monique's response was to lie and say they had talked to him and he had agreed to it. Funny when the number they had was mine and i had the phone on me all day. Asked for them to call so i could make a complaint the response was to cancel the "rearranged" appointment and close his file. Disgusting and extremely unprofessional

Great chronic disease programs (Active Measures and Pain Management Service). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance with exercise or has chronic pain.
