The way you are getting happy with good comments, put your habit to fix bad comments, instead of saying you are ban, no one wants to come back in your stores, do not know how people is running business without having knowledge about it

I was so disappointed with my eyebrows shaping/ threading. The service person has no skill for what she is doing. After service, My left hand side eyebrows is unbalance with another side.

Giving 1 star cause it won’t let me give less. Got a lash lift done yesterday, I wasn’t happy with the result and explained that to the girl in charge. The girl that did my lashes was new which I wish they told me before hand.

She left glue all over my eyes, the girl in charge wiped most it off and told the girl in front of me she’ll never be doing lashes again. I tried explaining my disappointment with the service again to which she start screaming at me in front of other clients. I told her she was being unprofessional shouting at a customer for being upset with a treatment instead of taken criticism onboard.

She told us to ring the customer service line which we did and they said they valued their staff over their customers and don’t care how we were treated.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I understand the girl is new but she should have been supervised. But the treatment received from management and the customer service was a disgrace. That poor girl deserves a better role model with proper training I hope yesterday was an eye opener for who’s she’s working for and she takes her beauty training elsewhere

As of today I’d come here often, not bad not great. Today though, I came for a thread and said no when offered brow tinting because I have a wedding today and it usually looks intense the first day or two. She kept pushing it on me and telling me I needed it so each time I said no. Either she decided to butcher my brows out of spite or she is soo bad at her job she has to tint for it to look good because now one of my eyebrows looks like someones taken a razor to it) never again thanks for nothing Arch xx
