I am very happy with the service. Today I went to the Rockingham store and do my I brow. Bhumi served me so amazing with out zero pain and quick session.

Who want to enter in your dirty stores this shows you are not an good entrepreneur or you are earning enough that you do not need more people to come, by putting $1 deals, ripping of people, for your kind information, no one banned me and this is your new pet dialogue, one day someone will file a case against you the way you are showing your attitude
Sometimes over confidence is not good
They just know how to charge people, but job is disaster and the owner by itself, she will say, do not come here instead of correcting the mistake
I think, owner also do not know, how to do job properly, how come staff will learn,
now do not reply with any stupid msg

Arch threading
What a joke, got lash extensions 8 days ago and they have all fallen out.
Not even an apology, said they have a 3 day policy which I was not informed about. Be careful of this company
Never using them again. The only reason they got 1 star is because there wasn’t a 0

Asked for threading and being male asked not to taper ends as I still wanted a masculine look. Not only did she make me bleed but when she first finished, one brow was arched. Asked her to straighten it which she did but that highlighted a "peak" on the other brow. She fixed that. While she evened it out to look symmetrical it wasn't a perfect job. Overall the experience was one of annoyance. If she's experienced, she would have noticed the brows were uneven and straightened them before the client intervenes. May giver another chance because at least they now look tidy.

Gagan is absolutely amazing and has done an amazing job with my eyebrow thread and Hanna on brows. I highly recommend:)

I had my eyebrows threaded and shaped here and I am absolutely happy with the way they look however after 5 minutes my eyelids felt numb and was stinging really badly so I opened my phone camera and saw that my eyelids were bleeding and there were a few little cuts on both eyelids and another thing was that I saw that they were running a promotion for the eyebrow threading and shaping which was $9 on their website and on their price sheet next to the cash register it said it was $9 but I was charged $10 I waited for her to correct the price but she didn’t say anything or do anything so I believe this certain employee has been doing this quite often and has gotten away with it as well, I know I could have said something but this employee was pregnant and I didn’t want to make a scene and stress her out as it would be very bad for the baby and in plus I shouldn’t have to correct somebody for this situation as they should be honest and charge the correct amount for the services given. Even though $1 isn’t much I feel like charging your customers a bit extra isn’t good practice and is pretty much stealing from your customers. I hope in the future you guys will be more honest when charging customers and I hope nobody else experiences being over charged.

I popped in a little late on a late night opening however Monika was really accommodating and fitted me in just before closing and provided really excellent and proficient work (eyebrow shaping, threading and colour). Thank you

I did my eyebrows henna here at Rockingham and the service that I received from that is wonderful and I just love the lady (harvinder). She is frank and so nice to costumer.will come back again ️️

The lady at Rockingham was very pushy on other services it takes 2-3 times of saying no to other services before she listens.
She totally ruined my eyebrows, asked for a light tint, she did a very dark brown. The eyebrows are also uneven. I was so upset afterwards. Will never go back again. She also tries to sell different products to you.
