Arch threading

This is the result of my 'lash lift' at the Midland shop. Lashes are fried. Contacted owner for refund only to be ignored.
Avoid!

Scratched under my eye brow on both sides so badly that they are flacking and swelling. Terrible experience and double the price I usually pay…. Don’t go here!

Been here a few days ago while on holiday. The lady that took care of me had NO customer service what so ever, did not listen to my needs and overall i felt insignificant. Expected better service! Not very happy here!

What a mistake! $75 for eyebrow, lip and chin thread plus henna brow tint. She did a terrible job, brows not shaped well and blotchy.

Today i went to the shop at 5: 50 for threading my eyebrows but the lady who worked there said to me that she can’t do the threading because she was in hurry. If you guys are not happy to attend customers or in rush. Then you guys don’t need to open the shop at that time.

Went in to get eyebrows tinted for my birthday party but left in tears.the lady doing my eyebrows spent a total of 2 minutes putting the dye on and put no effort in to shaping whatsoever.the dye was all over my face and didn’t stick to the shape of my eyebrows at all.would be better off shaving your eyebrows off then to EVER go there.

My technician was Gagan and she was lovely and polite, extremely happy with my service. My brow colour and shape is perfect. Lashes tinted as well.

Nisha was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with exactly what I was after. I had a lash tint and eyebrow threading and tint which looked fantastic. She took her time and was very attentive.

I had a really positive experience here, Vidhi was lovely, did exactly what I asked for and was really pleasant and helpful with suggestions.
I had a range of different services done and also tried threading for the first time, which I loved. I was a bit nervous about the threading and Vidhi was very reassuring

Paid $67 for eyebrow tinting that is barely visible. The lady was nice but the job wasn't done properly. I didn't check the review before coming, my mistake. I don't recommend this place at all.

This really isnt the best place to go for threading unless it is a last resort! The girl kept trying to sell me things even after I told her I was only there to get my eyebrows threaded, it continued right through to the point where she would make comments about things as some way to target insecurities, while this isn't an insecurity of mine, she asked if I wanted my lip threaded which I know there isnt anything on there to take off! Seems like a really obnoxious sales tactic! I had to lie and say I was visiting perth just to get her to back off! Would not recommend!

Arch Treading was horrible. I would give this less than one star if could! Go here at your own risk!

Worse place I have ever been too. The girl could not wax at all. She butchered my waxing badly. I would not recommend anyone to go there

Had eyelash lift done at this place. It failed. I had one done repeatedly at other places before so I know how it should look like. She also didn't clean my eyes properly-someone mentioned a glue like line on my eyes few hours after the treatment.

The girl is also consistently try to upsell you stuffs which I found super annoying.

Avoid.
