Aggressive and rude employees, completely ruined my eyebrow shape.when i told them i felt my eyebrow shape was ruined they screamed at me.would not recommend this horrible threading place at all.

I went for facial, shilpa was very nice and did a great job. Will back there only for her.

Zero star or if there is any negative reviews i would straight away give it. Latha doesn’t know her work and how to deal with customers… unprofessional and poor service by Latha…I would suggest people not to go there

Today I had Mafi who did my eyebrow threading and henna tint. She did an amazing job. Will go back definitely for her.

Very poor service. The girl who cut my hair was so unprofessional. She shorten my hair length even I told her not to. I had very very long hair, I spent a lot of money on hair smoothing and highlights. My husband got upset when he saw me with short hair. I would not even give her one star.

Mafa is absolutely fantastic. Very quick and efficient but also very precise and talented.

I went in there with my kids few weeks ago and had a very lovely lady from Haryana. Did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I got it threaded and henna browed. She was very professional.

Went in today and the ladies there today were horrendous. Screwed up my henna eyebrows, were very rude to my kids and was very pushy in purchasing products.

I would say it's luck with this place!

Very bad skill. First time using arch threading in carousel on Sunday the 15 January around 11.30am. I asked for waxing on my sideburns and I was burnt with wax! The lady obviously knew because she did them for me but didn’t mention that my skin was peeled off by the wax till I was wondering why my face was hurting SO BAD. So disappointed with the service. She could have told me she did a bad job but instead only told me it would go down after awhile. Now my skin on my face is BURNT from the wax and I’m unable to even touch it! Will NOT RECOMMEND.

No one is saying spend 30 minutes but if you tell your staff to spend only 2 minutes that is not fair after paying $18 for threading, this is what happen when you have many shops to run and enough customer to earn money, then you are saying do not come, and for sure not going to come back, your staff is working hard but they listen to the owner first.

Worst experience
Owner is telling her staff not to spend too much time on each customer.
Owner looked at my threading, she said good and there was many hair left.
They are only making money but customer service zero, not even bothering what customer want

Very unprofessional staff. I went their for threading my eyebrows and they told me to sit. There was a new girl who was observing her senior employees and learning. After 10 mins they sent that new girl for my threading and she literally had no idea how to do the threading. She was very slow and plucking my hair one by one as it was very painful for me. She cut my skin under eyebrow and then another lady came up and said she will do it herself. Other girl did it well but my both eyebrows got different shapes. I really don’t recommend this place. They must train their staff first and then send them to customers as customers are not their demos.
They need to improve their customer service skills and need to be professional.
