Absolutely the sweetest place I've ever stayed and enjoyed the most. Good location very closed to the harbour if you going to rottnest Island. (15 mins drive). Located at the very quiet neighbourhood, good privacy that you have your own entrance so you wouldn't worry to bother the owner too much. They're very generous to share a lot of infos if you're a tourist. The room isnt huge but very tidy and its provided cool drinking water, and good room service. Will come back again for sure. Great location, accomodation is great, comfortable well presented and clean. Owners are just beautiful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included.
Gate at the back right on Warwick station carpark in front to the train station entrance. 15 minutes ride to Perth Best value for money. Pictures in google are most likely as the property is presented.

Jeffrey was such a lovely and welcoming host, he was very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend to anyone!
