42ARB good gear and good people. I had a problem with an airbag fitted by ARB in Batemans Bay NSW. The Wangara ARB boys fitted me in and got me on my way in no time. Both businesses worked together very impressed.
Bought my compressor from the team here, they where nothing but helpful with my needs and there knowledge.
Outstanding customer service was provided during the build of my Triton at ARB Wangara, all staff were very helpful and friendly and catered to my needs and wants throughout the process, their knowledge and understanding of the industry was at a high level of expertise and very helpful.
Not sure whether my experience with this business has been just a coincidence, or that this is an indication of the quality of their workmanship. Since starting with the upgrade of my LC200, we have been experiencing one mishap after the other, from them forgetting to install the compressor, installing the outlet and switch in the wrong place, taking it back, and then jumbling up the job once again, taking the car back for the third time.
I will not take my car back to these guys again.
Went in to store ready to get a quote for a bullbar. Stood around for 10 minutes for anyone to speak to us with no luck. Poor service when you are ready to spend 6k+
I popped into buy spare parts for my ARB compressor and all good, they had exactly what I needed, a good price and very helpful and friendly guys to help me, I will shop there again, cheers guys at ARB

Used ARB wangara after many recommendations from friends and colleagues, with the consensus being they are expensive but do top quality work. Customer service before was great, they were helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the quality of work was poor - careless work and for this reason I would not recommend them nor will I use them again.
Nice store but not very helpful. Was told Rhinorack didn’t supply for my car, only to go Opposite Lock and get the exact thing from Rhinorack.
Not impressed. Went here for a set of bash plates, first time round they gave me the completely wrong box, opened up Instructions to a 200 series. I returned the next day and they swapped it out for the right ones, though when I went to install them I was missing spacers, washers, nuts, bolts were the wrong size and no where near enough of them. At $720 I'd expect better
Got quoted for a canopy for my 2013 hilux and waited for 4 months only to have the completey wrong canopy that I was told and had ordered. Waiting for a replacement but still not the best experience with arb wangara.
The Wangarra store is really well laid out but absolutely must be the worst attention to customers.
Walked into the shop and not one person even popped their head to say a 'hello' or do you need any help. Goes to show looks aren't everything.
Impressed with the new ARB Wangara showroom. Really well laid out and easy to navigate. Was served by Shaun. He was really patient with all my questions. Exceptional customer service! At first I was just window shopping but ended up walking out buying lots of stuff. They have all the top brands ideal for any 4x4 Fitout. Looking forward to my next visit.
A few things could've been better. Notification of arrival goods.etc.
I'm sure they'll iron it all out in their new place.
Total stuff around trying to get some accessories. Thought I would go local instead of online. To cut a long story short 2 months later on sign of purchase and no clue when its coming. Ordered online, eta 9 days and 10 bucks cheaper.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Always willing to help out and assist. Had an issue with my compressor, the guys helped me out diagnose the issue and advised on how to fix it. When it still didn't work they where happy to give it a quick once over without a charge.
The staff are helpful but I find anything purchased from Arb is normally more expensive than other similar 4wd retail stores.
Excellent friendly service, very knowledgeable about their product. Due to the Covid situation, parts supply can be slow.
The workshop is very busy, so fitment can take a while to get a slot
I spoke to Bow and Shawn regarding a issue I had with my fridge. (from a different arb store)
And they genuinely wanted to help and sort it out for me, I would say above and beyond what I expected.
