Never knew I can have conversation about shoes for 20-25 mins.this man Rhees (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) he’s so passionate about shoes.he never sold me the shoes.he came across as such genuine person that I upped my budget and bought the shoes.love the shoes.will come back for sure

Despite not having extra large shoes that fit my huge feet the staff still provided excellent service and went above and beyond to try and find a pair that would fit. Would recommend without hesitation

Very professional, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and I was receiving value for money. Alisha was great throughout the week helping me with my uncertain decision making.

Rhys was fantastic. Knows his stuff. Very patient and great styling advice and made it a very good shopping experience.

Very disappointing service offered after having three pairs of suede boots fail in different ways (suede ripped at tongue, soles falling away from shoe and suede ripped along stitching to sole). Previously, each time the shoe failed Aquila did provide a replacement shoe, but now that the shoes are no longer available they will not provide a replacement shoe of similar style for free. I do not believe the quality of the product is commensurate with the cost. Colleagues have had similar issues and unfortunately Aquila were not willing to provide a reasonable solution for its customer this time. A poor outcome has led to this review, which is the only negative review I have ever posted online. Unfortunately I will not buy another pair of shoes from here again.

Amazing service and tentative staff. Ensured I was happy with Aquila shoes when leaving. I mentioned a small mark and Rhys polished the shoe thoroughly. Not rushed and attention to detail

I Just went to the Aquila store in Perth, the lovelly Rhys helped me out and can I tell you what a guy. He pointed me towards some shoes I had no intention of paying that much for but I could not be more happier with the out come.

Sure these shoes are pricey but you get what you pay for. I worked 60 hours a week all year and I was finally able to purchase these shoes. I put them on and you could immediately tell these weren’t you average $60 Hush Pupps, and boy do I know my Myer Brands.
They may have had the same amount of form, comfort, shape and p[erformance as Florshiem Bogan Dress shoes but they are way more stylish.
Sometimes my daughter complains, though she says things like “are we going to eat tonight” or “ I'm tired of sleeping in the street” but then I just show her my Aquilas and she shuts her little mouth.

Great shoes and Rhys! 10/10 would recommend

I just bought an amazing pair of desert boots from this store. Jack, who helped me with sizes, etc, was very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

I may just go back and myself another pair in a different colour.

Great products and service, as one would expect from a family run business.
It's the only shop for me for shoes both casual and dress and I mustn't forget their clothing range, v stylish. Unfortunately only mail order in Perth for now or ordered through the Perth shop. I'm looking forward to buying my winter shoe range.

Guys that work here definitely know what they are talking about and ask all the right questions. Definitely recommended.

Price and quality do not match. Some of their shoes are very poorly made but highly priced and fall apart after just a few wears. Customer service is ok

Customer service is second to none, best I can remember experiencing anywhere. The guy I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be back.

Amazing customer service and great quality shoes that look great and wear very well. Luke is a customer service all star and is very knowledgable about shoes and how they wear. He has treated my as a valued customer and as such has won a long term customer. I couldn't rate Aquila in Perth more highly.

I was in the Garden City Store earlier this week and was served by Lydia, she was so helpful and pleasant and was able to really assist me with great recommedations on shoes for my husband wide feet. Shopping for him can be so difficult and she was just a dream.will be returning again.
